Welcome to a company that just really does not care

First off I paid for the expensive shipping option. About 100 to ship 2 kg of goods. Which is insane but I thought we'll they will at least care. But nope. They didn't even ship the item before the shipping window had closed. And instead of using a high end or actually any shipper they sent buy post

So not tracking and not even a delivery date

But then it gets worse. An international delivery. That cost these guys about 30 dollars including Post that I paid 300 for. You are definitely going to package it well right. Nope. Chucked in a box and barely even bothered to tape it up. Quite probably the worst packaging job I have ever seen. The package arrived missing content and damaged good

Life's great. Thanks for exploiting your customers and sharing the country you named yourselves after.

But the stupidest part of all this is if you had done a 1 out of 10 job I probably would use you again without having to rename your company to scam customers

Arrived a week early. I ordered the ontbijtkoek. Well worth it. Love this stuff. It’s as delicious as I remember from my childhood.

Commande passée en octobre 2024. Le produit arrivé ne correspond pas du tout à ce que j'ai commandé!

Verkopen vegetarische pate van Unox. Opmerkelijk want het product wordt al lange tijd niet meer gemaakt. Toch maar even hier op Trustpilot gekeken. Net op tijd dus gezien de andere reacties. Niet kopen dus, dit zijn oplichters.

Bedrijf aangegeven betreffende oplichting na betaling hoor je niets meer, tevens hebben ze raar genoeg een Montenegro mail adres

I ordered some mustard which I can not find in France anymore (Dijonnaise). It took them 3 weeks to ship the articles and finally I received the wrong products :-(. I have tried to contact them and no answer at all !!!! Forget this company !

Same issue as others have reported in here.
I put in an order, they create a tracking link with DPD then weeks go by and nothing happened.
I wrote to them on email, no response. Couple of days wrote again and still no response.
No indication on the website or otherwise that they are on vacation or anything.
I requested a refund via PayPal a couple of days later.

Do yourself a favor and just stay away from this company. I have no idea if it is a scam or not (the website sure seems legit and why would a scam site use PayPal where you can easily get your money back?).
It's at the very least not a place you can trust.

I ordered peanut butter. It was packed so poorly by the time it made it through customs the lid was cracked and PB oil was all over the box. I did as instructed and followed the damaged product instructions by sending 2 emails and NO REPLY! BUYER BEWARE. If you are lucky to get your order it may not be right or intact.

Made an order of over 100 euros one month ago, was supposed to arrive within 4-6 days. Nothing received, no updates received, does not respond to emails.

Thieves.

Ik hou van koken en ik zie vaak recepten vragen om dingen die de normale supermarkt niet heeft, maar die ik toch graag wil maken. Naar mijn idee is Pantry vooral voor Nederlandse mensen die in het buitenland wonen en vandaar dat de prijzen hoger zijn dat in de supermarkt, maar ik ben blij dat ik eindelijk de Thaise curry paste en pomegranate molasses gevonden hebt waar ik naar zocht. De levering binnen Nederland duurde wat langer dan bij de meeste webshops, maar dit was netjes aangegeven. Alles goed verpakt en de bezorging met DPD ging goed.

Took them 3 weeks to send the products, now waiting to receive them. Only started to happen after I started the chargeback process via PayPal.
They don’t react to any email contact and just ignore the mails. I sent them to two different addresses, still no responses.

As the other review explains, prices ok, cost of shipping decent, youll get your order confirmation but it all ends there.

Fortunately I paid with Paypal, and got it sorted out without problems

To be avoided, probably a scam site, at least that is what I can deduct by their lack of responce etc

Heb vorig jaar op 27/10/2022 een bestelling geplaats en nooit ontvangen , geen antwoord op mijn mails heb dan maar in februari van dit jaar het Europees Centrum voor de Consument ingeschakeld maar tot op heden geen resultaat .
Moet 1 ster geven om review te kunnen plaatsen maar is geen sterren waard

Placed order, no communication, no shipment.

Multiple emails sent and contact form submission.

Filed dispute with credit card.

Fraud/Scam Site.

I placed an order as they offered the product that I wanted and the shipping cost was reasonable. Received an immediate acknowledgment by email stating that I would be advised when the product shipped. No further communication was received. I attempted to contact this company by email and through the web site (the only two options as there a no phone number) but never received any response. Eventually I disputed the charge and was reimbursed by my credit card company.

I placed and payed an ordrer on 25/11/22.
Never delivered, nor answered my emails.
This is a fraud !

I placed an order on November 1st with a delivery within 13-21 business days. The money was taken from my account two days later. I've sent six emails to check on the status, but haven't received a response. This was a Christmas present for my daughter and thought I would have it in plenty of time to put under the tree, but they took my money without delivering the product. What a scam! Do not buy from here!

I placed a large order on 5 Nov.
Delivery was supposed to take 5-8 days.
1 Dec - I do not have my order or any delivery information
I have emailed Pantry 6 times for an update and had no response

Bestellung angeblich am 14.06. versandt. Sendungsverfolgung DPD am 28.06. sagt, dass lediglich die Daten erhalten wurden. Inzwischen schon 4 Mal nachgefragt, ob geliefert wird, Null Reaktion. Finger weg!

Nachtrag: 11.07. nach etlichen Kontaktversuchen weiterhin keine Reaktion, keine Lieferung
