Everything was good. I ordered a frame and a wheel kit. After placing the order I had some questions that came too late in my mind :-D
The Team from Panda answered very quick and very friendly. They even switched two settings after placing the order. The quality of the parts and the whole process is very good! I am a happy customer. My only problem is the dwindling savings account and the limit space in the garage. Bikes, parts and service are awesome 👍

Ordered a Quick Pro frameset half a year ago. Honestly, I was surprised that 1 pack of small details for the frame was not included, but in a week, I got all the parts from guys. I guess I will buy a gravel frame soonish:)

I contacted Panda Podium regarding a power meter, crank, chain rings and Titanium axle to ensure that they would be compatible for my use. I quickly received back confirmation that this was a good combo and that the products were in stock. When I ordered I received a follow up to say that the order was received and a timescale of when it would be dispatched. I was so happy with this service as this kind of service delivery just doesn't exist any more outside of Panda Podium. I received the parts in a short while, everything was as described and I must say the quality of the Cybrie carbon crank, Ti axle and Carbon chainrings was even better than I had anticipated. Totally happy with the products and service, all comes highly recommended and 12 months on and 14k later all is just as good. Trust Joe and his team, buy the best from the best.

It was a straight forward process ordering from Panda Podium. I ordered the PMT Elegant helmet with MIPS. Paid the money and the helmet was delivered in less than a week. That’s all you could ask for.

I have bought a number of items from Panda Podium over the last few years including 2 wheelsets. Both wheelsets have been excellent in terms of quality and performance. Value implies cheap but when the products are better all round than the big 'Western brands' and are cheaper, its a mute point - and a bonus!
They've been great with advice (recommending alternatives) over email and I've referred them to friends who have also had great experiences. Shipping to Australia has been really fast - 2 weeks max.

First of all I am a big fan on Joe and China cycling for some time now and I really value his work but…I am saving money for a frame upgrade and I missed the Black Friday sale due to budget constraints. I reached out to the sales support and fair enough I got the response that that’s not possible but the way it was communicated was far from good customer experience.

Have been waiting for over 3 months for my order of titanium thru axles to be delivered. Order placed on 15th September 2025 and still no sign. Communication is extremely poor with any request for updates having to be initiated by the customer.

I ordered a Quick Pro ER:one when it was released. After a last-minute change of mind, I decided to size up, the returns process was really easy and Tom from the customer care team handled everything really well.

After an issue with the frame and seatpost, again, Tom responded quickly and was understanding of the issue.

If you are worried about buying a non-Western brand due to the customer experience, Panda Podium bridges that gap. Can't reccoemnd enough!

The products offered are good and the support team was very helpful, friendly and quick to resolve any issues and answer questions. The product arrived well packed and as described, even with a small gift 🙂

2 things: at the time of purchase, there was no updated inventory on the website, so I was required to contact pandapodium per email to ask if the size I wanted was available, although the reply was fast, it could be better if the availability is directly visible on the website, like in most online shops.

Buyers be aware, the “free-delivery” takes 4-5 weeks (to Europe) and the delivery tracking is not reliable timely updated. I’d buy directly from OEMs and they usually get stuff to Europe in half that time, also at no extra cost. Premium delivery is for my pockets, too expensive. Not that bad in general, but that’s something one should know, as it’s stated in pandapodiums website (they are transparent about it).
