Panda Podium Anmeldelser

Fantastic customer service from people who know what they’re doing. I had a wonderful shipping experience and I love the wheels I ordered from Panda. They are my number one stop for new bicycle parts and accessories. Couldn’t be happier with them

Very knowledgeable and easy to work with

Great experience. Ordered my original product and when checking shipping status they were very responsive. Did have one issue that was rectified fast.
Will definitely buy from PP again.

Only ordered some TPU inner tubes but reasonably priced and delivery was extremely quick.

The communication between Panda and the consumer is on point! I have ordered several items from Panda and the interaction was beyond great! I have referred several cyclists to Panda and they two have had great experiences.

Recomiendo Panda Podium 100%

The product delivery to Switzerland was fast and worked very well. I would order again from Panda Podium.

Wonderful customer service- very helpful, polite and professional. My item was shipped quickly and arrived well protected in the packaging.

I got the CRW wheels for my Chapter 2 build in 2024/2025. The process was very straightforward. I love the wheels, and I'm planning on getting another set of CRW when I replace the wheels on my Seka bike. Im not a fan of paying or falling for the big name western brand marketing, in the sense that Chinese brands are inferior.

Over the past two years, I’ve placed several orders for TPU tubes and other performance accessories. I love the fact that Panda does a great job of testing and vetting their products as the Chinese cycling market has lots of great value products but also its fair share of cheap products that aren’t worth messing with. Joe and his team do a good job of selecting only the good stuff and offering it for a competitive price.

I purchased a pair of wheels recently and could not have been happier with the entire experience, beginning with the excellent (and patient!) communication and advice received during the decision-making process. Beyond that, entirely professional service throughout, including unexpected and thoughtful extras in the package, and the wheels are precisely as promoted. I've definitely come to realise the overwhelming performance/cost benefit of Chinese cycling products, so will no doubt look again to Panda Podium for added peace of mind. It's undeniably a no-brainer.

I have ordered from Panda Podium several times. Great customer service, great products, and fast international shipping too! Will buy from them again.

Made numerous purchases from the guys at Panda Podium. Oustanding service and kit. CRW wheels, AVRO handlebars (2), hubs etc. All been absolutely flawless. Despatched and delivered to the UK without issue. When I needed an extra bearing top cap and spacers for a new frame, not a problem, perfect comms and the perfect solution. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.
PS. My Colnago C68 on CRW wheels and AVRO Gen 1 bar and stem got a supernice on GCN Tech Show Ep.421. It rides even better than it looks :-)

Bought a new handlebar for my Wilier Filante SLR. Panda Podium delivered very fast, and all questions were answered whithin 24 Hours. Now as the bar has been mounted I can say that Panda Podium did an excellent Job. Bike looks perfect, rider is happy!

Ordered Cybrei cranks. All went smooth nad fast.

Did 3 orders over the last 1.5 years from Germany . First a wheelset, second some small parts and at least a handlebar. Everything went smoothly and perfectly!

Tried to order groupsets from AliExpress with no success. They kept getting stopped at customs due to incorrect paperwork.

Tried panda podium and it's simply a step above in terms of service and experience. I ordered two groupsets and both arrived successfully.

The YouTube channel gives confidence in the team, and the bonus - the panda power socks!

Every order I’ve made from PP has arrived quickly. I’ve been really happy with the quality of the items.

Cool vibes all round and will be ordering something from Joe and the team soon no doubt

10/10 service and great bike products. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from again. Seems like a few bad reviews all regarding shipping but they seem to have figured it out. Thanks Joe and the panda team!
