Yet another offshoot of the Feel The City group, who are known for fraudulent and predatory business practices. Their websites look legitimate, often closely imitating the real ones, except they charge 3x the price. Do not book through them, ever. Their customer service is impossible to navigate, and is normally provided by an AI agent that regurgitates a script.

Asked now three tomes to cancel the booking, without any reaction. Don’t use pancho-tours! Hope you do your due dilligence better than I did. A total rip-off! 3 times as expensive and very questionable whether your ticket will work. It depends on whether the Colosseum will let you in on these tickets (at their discretion). The website seems legit and like the real deal. Forget it!

DO NOT USE. IF you make the mistake of using these crooks you are not allowed to amend your order in any way or cancel it. Their Colosseum website looked genuine so I booked two tickets. The tickets and downloads arrived the same day via Pancho tours,This was the first time I had seen this name I forwarded a copy of their email to my wife. She received it on Whatsapp which I don't use. Realised something was wrong so contacted my bank and had my card frozen. Then I found all the reviews online saying how awful they were. My bank told me to cancel the order. Tried to and received a long scary email from Reservas feel the city tours saying I wasn't allowed to cancel or amend the order in any way . (Viator let you cancel up to five days before the trip). I have identified three companies linked to Pancho tours. The Walker tours, Tour Spain* Coloss, Reservas@ feel the citytours.com

Ho acquistato 2 biglietti per il palazzo reale; credendo fosse un sito autentico, ho pagato 99€ per due i biglietti e due audioguide, per poi scoprire che il biglietto in loco costa 18€ a biglietto e che le audioguide fornite dal sito consistevano in un misero audio di 3 minuti scarsi. Evitate questi ladri!

Booked tickets and audio guide to the Prado Museum. The audio guide was missing 75% of the info that was available on the audio guide that was available for purchase at the museum. Total rip off.

DECEPTIVE AND UNETHICAL – AVOID PANCHO TOURS

I booked a guided tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid with Pancho Tours. They called me the day before claiming the Palace would be closed and offered an alternative. I accepted, thinking it was still a guided tour.

That same day, I discovered the Palace was open and visited it with another provider. I also found out that what Pancho Tours gave me was not a tour at all, but simply the cheapest gallery entry tickets—no Palace access, no guide, no explanation.

I had asked for the tickets several days in advance, but they refused to send them, saying they only deliver them the day before. That already seemed suspicious. They also make you believe you’re buying official tickets, which is not true.

When I requested a refund, they refused. This wasn’t a mistake—it was a deliberate tactic to cut their costs at my expense. I am disputing the charge with my credit card and filing a formal complaint. Avoid Pancho Tours at all costs.

COMPANY IS A KNOWN SCAM - DO NOT USE THEM EVER. I bought tickets quickly on my mobile phone and did not do my usual due diligence. The website is designed to confuse consumers into thinking it is affiliated with the Palacio Real - it is not. I purchased tickets and audio guide for Dec. 17th at 1:15 pm. I ran to the Palace and waited, kept calling, emailing and texting and never received my tickets or audioguide. I spoke to the Visitor Information kiosk and they told me I had fallen for a scam, that this happens to hundreds of tourists. They also told me the price charged is 3x what the actual tickets cost. I then went to the Palace ticket office and they told me the same thing - Pancho Tours is a well known scammer that unfortunately keeps getting away with this. NEVER BUY TICKETS ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE OFFICIAL PALACE WEBSITE OR TICKET OFFICE. I bought new tickets and toured the palace. Pancho Tours claimed they sent me the tickets but I never received anything. Then, almost comically, they sent me the tickets and audio guide on December 18th, 23 hours after my scheduled visit. Those tickets haven't even been opened or accessed. I am now struggling to get reimbursed by my credit card company. Sickening that they have gotten away with this for so long.

Ho prenotato con questi truffatori il giorno prima della visita al palazzo reale, mi è arrivata una mail di conferma che diceva però che avrei ricevuto i biglietti entro un'ora prima dall'orario della visita. Pagamento € 152,00 per 4 biglietti.
Non ho mai ricevuto alcun biglietto ma ci siamo recati ugualmente al palazzo reale abbiamo chiesto alla biglietteria e la signora molto dispiaciuta ci diceva che quello che avevamo noi era semplicemente una conferma di prenotazione con annesso pagamento ma che senza i biglietti non potevamo entrare e ci illumina dicendo che questi signori sono dei truffatori e che stanno truffando molta gente, facciamo il biglietto per entrare (56,00€ in 4) praticamente 96,00 € meno ed entriamo. Inizio a scrivere a questi signori su whtasapp e questi mi dicono che i bigietti mi sono stati inviati il giorno prima (assoluta bugia) perchè controllavo anche nelle spam e mi mandano immediatamente i biglietti peccato che il pagamento era fatto per 4 biglietti e loro ne hanno mandati soltanto 2. Faccio notare la cosa ma sembrano non capire cosa gli dico e mi continuano a dire che hanno mandato i biglietti gli ripeto che sono 2 e che noi abbiamo prenotato in 4 e chiedo almeno il rimborso per i 2 che non hanno mandato neanche il girono dopo e continuano a mandare mail con i 2 biglietti. Praticamente mi hanno rubato i soldi e non c'è modo di recuperarli perchè i signori consapevoli di essere dei truffatori non permettono il pagamento con paypal ma solo con carta di credito in modo che nei casi come il mio non si può chiedere alcun rimborso. Sedovete entrare al pazzo reale andate direttamente lì e fate i biglietti vi costa meno ed evitae fregature come la mia. LADRI

This company is a scam site. I booked 2 tickets for the Royal Palace Madrid plus options (Audio Guide) and paid 119 euros. When we arrived for the tour the palace ticket desk informed us that we had booked through a scam website. They said that they were aware of the site and had instigated legal action to have the site taken down. They kindly let us in to visit the palace at no cost but we had to pay for their audio guide, as the audio guide provided via email link by Pancho tours would not work with the activation code provided. Fortunately our bank has accepted that it is a fraudulent site and has agreed to refund us whilst they continue to dispute our payment with Pancho tours.com. l have had to give it one star rating as Trust pilot won't accept ratings of zero stars.

Scam company they do not provide the tickets advertised I witnessed at least 5 other couples at the some time as myself.

We have spend 51,24 € and received 2 tickets for a value of 10€ to visit the gardens. Our request had no answer. A company to boycott

You book an Alcazar tour on the website designed to look like the official one, you pay, you have then 30 minutes to fill in additional data asked by email that goes into spam, then they tell you at the day and time of your visit that they didn’t get your details and therefore lost your guided tour of 75 euros.

Why do you think those details aren’t requested before payment?

A complete fraud. Under the name of The Walker Tours they offer tickets for the Cordoba mezquita. They created a website looking much like the official one which somehow comes up first in Google. We did get the tickets allright, but with a €35 surcharge. This attracted negative reviews for a company called Walkers Tours, who I believe are actually innocent…

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! Their website fraudulently imitates the official Alhambra museum and charges 3 times more than the official page. They scammed me after purchasing 3 tickets. The website doesn’t even state this is Pancho Tours until after you make the payment. Customer service email doesn’t even work, and when you contact them on the phone they’re extremely rude. I have reported this as fraud so hopefully they will not be allowed to do this shady website fraud in the future. Scammers!!
