Rápido y variedad de productos Cuando mi hermana vivía en Nueva Zelanda vivía comprando por acá y siempre recalcaba el hecho de la rápidez en el servicio y la cantidad de cosas que hay.

Viví un año y medio en Austria y cada mes hice pedidos por Pampa. Excelente servicio, todo llega a tiempo y aparte la variedad de productos que tienen disponibles la verdad es increible.

Hi, I received my order from Pampadirect and was awesome, received everything perfect (the cheese very well packaging with preservation freeze sachets). The shipping was super-fast and they sent me candy as a gift.

Ordered from them. 6 days later the order was still being processed and would not arrive on time. It’s been a month since I cancelled the order and have not been refunded.

La mayor variedad que vi Suelo viajar con la working holiday y pampa direct siempre presente mandandome lo que necesito. Son muy atentos tambien y la cantidad de cosas que tienen es impresionante, todo lo que necesites de argentina incluso lo nuevo lo tenes aca.

I order a few times from this company the shipping was never good but ok and bearable however this time after 5 days it was still processing. After I reached out to them they informed me that 5 of the 10 items in the order were in backorder (on the website show available even today) and they did not know when/if they would come in.
Of course they charged as soon as you place the order and not when they ship so they were offering a coupon for future use for those items if I wanted the order to ship what whatever was available.
I canceled the order altogheter and they confirmed it however the refund was not processed immediately as they do when you place the order not only that but after a couple of days I contacted customer service about it and they replied that they were going to contact the "REFUND" dpt., that hinted me that they were BSing me so I had to dispute the charges and finally after 24 hs. they refunded the order.
It seems that the company is going down perhaps the exchange is not longer a sustainable model...
never again and I advice anyone thinking of placing an order to be careful and follow up immediately.

Unas conocidas uruguayas me recomendaron la página para comprar dulce de leche, que necesito en grandes cantidades para mi negocio de tortas argentinas en Estados Unidos. Ya es la tercera vez que hago una compra mayorista y estoy muy satisfecha con el trato al cliente y la calidad de los envíos.

Atención personalizada y variedad de productos. esta pagina es un salvavidas para todos los que alguna vez vivimos fuera de nuestro país. Yo leo mucho y siempre pedí libros por ellos, incluso títulos que tal vez no tenían en su página pero que conseguian para mí. la atención persoanlizada es de los que más valoro. Además de todas las golosins, chocolates y yerbas que tienen para mantener las costumbres de uno, y que hoy le mando a mi hija que sigue en Italia.

My order was estimated to take between 5-7 days. After ordering I haven’t received my shipping number so I contacted customer service. They replied promptly and provided a shipping number. It took 10 days for the parcel to arrive and all items were there. Overall a good experience

No response from customer service. I did my order which never arrived and money was not returned. I wouldn't buy again

They display item as 1 kg and they are shipping 500 g for same price paid, very bad experience, never again

Very bad customer service, or (no customer service at all) I have not received my order and nobody replied to my request, I paid the money but did not get the product. Do not purchase from here be careful.

Dar una estrella es demasiado! Pésimo servicio al cliente! Luego de 15 días de no saber nada de mi pedido me comunico y me informan un problema con los datos de mi dirección y que los envié nuevamente, 10 días después recibo mi pedido y me encuentro con que estaban la mitad de las cosas, me vuelvo a contactar y me informar que me llegará la otra parte en unos días! PÉSIMO SERVICIO

Recomiendo a los/as Au Pairs!
Fui Au Pair en Bélgica durante 2 años y usé mucho Pampa Direct para tener cosas de Argentina durante mi estadía. Al principio era solo para mí hasta que le hice probar el dulce de leche a mi host family, ahí empezamos a ordenar para ellos también porque les encantó. Está bueno para sorprender a tu familia de acogida con cosas ricas en algún cumpleaños, o como regalo cuando recién llegás a la casa. Es casi imposible que no les guste los alfajores o el dulce de leche, al menos a los Belgas les encantó jajaja

Hacen envíos personalizados!
Conocíamos esta página pero no sabíamos que ofrecía un servicio adicional de entregas personalizadas. Lo descubrimos buscando cómo hacerle llegar a mi hija de Australia unos documentos que había dejado acá. Todo salió de maravillas, al igual que cuando ordenamos golosinas para enviarle de regalo

Superó mis expectativas
El servicio de Pampa Direct me salvó varias veces mientras vivía afuera. En varias ocasiones les escribí porque necesitaba comprar algunas cosas que no veía en su página y ellos siempre me respondieron amablemente diciendo que lo iban a agregar (y asi fue). Me deja tranquilo saber que cuento con ellos cuando vuelva a irme de Argentina
