Ordered product on July 24th, 2025. After checking tracking, product was shipped back to sender on Aug 1st, 2025, for no apparent reason. Waited it out in case there was just a temporary setback, but product was never sent back out again. As of today, still no contact from customer support whatsoever. Tried emailing them an inquiry but never received any response. Trash company.

It's a scam website I ordered it on june 2025 and still waiting for the order by the end of August despite contacting them on Instagram and email no response yet and tracking status is still the same

FRAUD! Ordered and Paid 9th June and no response from them ever since. Multiple emails, messages on Instagram. STAY AWAY

I placed an order the 19th of July and I received the confirmation mail. No updates since then: I've emailed them, sent messages via Facebook or Instagram, but I've never received a response. I doubt they'll respond to my refund request.

I wouldn't even give 1 star to them. Product never arrived its been like a month and there is no update. They dont even respond to emails or messages on any platforms. Scamers

Don’t order with these guys they won’t send anything and ignore all your emails

Ordered it almost 2 weeks ago and paid for express shipping which was supposed to arrive in 3 days but absolutely no update except order confirmation. All attempts to contact their support went unanswered. Most definitely a scam.

I placed my order on June 14th, 2025, and the estimated delivery time has now been exceeded by over a month. The tracking page shows no updates beyond the initial order confirmation. Repeated attempts to contact their support team via email, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram have gone completely unanswered. Given the lack of communication and transparency, I have little hope of receiving a refund if the product never arrives. At this point, it feels alarmingly close to a scam. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company, especially considering the high cost and potential for significant financial loss.

Product ordered in March and in July, still never received. Customer service hasn’t responded either to my emails and Facebook messages. I’ve heard others say this same thing happened to them. Sounds like a scam to me. Lost $90 on this product.

I’ve never received my order #11009 ordered 11.06.25 today is the 07.07!!
I did write them 3x and they didn’t reply.
They are scammers and just want the money don’t buy from them!!!

They’re scammers.I have the order #11171.It said that it needed 3-5 business days.The order hasn’t even shipped.They don’t reply to any emails even though I’ve submitted several.I don’t recommend that anyone tries to order from them.They’ll just steal your money

Order #10912 – Placed on June 2, 2025 – Still No Delivery or Response

I placed an order with Pamly on June 2, 2025 (Order #10912), and as of today, I have not received the item or any update regarding the order status. I’ve sent multiple emails, but there has been no response at all.

This experience has been extremely disappointing, and at this point, it feels like a scam. I would not recommend this site to anyone .

Still didn't recieve the product. Ordered in January, delivery didn't change one bit. Was supposed to be 3-5 days, turned in half a year.

Scam scam scam .. please don’t order from them, my Order number #10955 since 6th June and I kept sending many emails and messages in their Instagram page, and there was no response. I paid everything and the status of the order still didn’t move.

i never recieved my product and i have written to support several times over the past 9 months with no reply. i havent gotten my money back or any product.
