Friendly and efficient and on the ball. These guys do a thorough job and actually write a decent report detailing what they did, and recommendations going forward.
Charges are fair too.

Superb service
Ian and the team were absolutely superb. The initial job was to fit 2 new radiators but as an old house that was new to both us and them, so many unforeseen issues were uncovered that had to be dealt with. they went above and beyond not just to fix the problems but also to call be to explain what had happened and what needed to be done. i will use them in the future and one of the few tradesmen I would pro-actively "take the risk" to recommend to friends, as it wouldnt be a risk

Sterling Work
Job at question - blocked since and old leaky pipes. Called Palace up and they confirmed a slot sharpish. Spencer came over, timely and courteous fashion. Sorted everything out pronto and kept me in the loop over the fix. Very happy with the fix and the customer service. Costs were as expected and decent. Absolutely sterling and faultless work. I couldn’t recommend them enough!! Merry Xmas to the team at Palace!

Prompt reliable and professional…
Prompt reliable and professional service.
Palace Plumbers were able to come out the week we had our problem and identified and fixed the problem promptly. They only charge in half hour instalments after the first hour and they fixed a long-standing issues we had with our central heating within 3 hours. We would definitely use them again.

We're very sorry to hear that you were disappointed in our services. However, allow us to clarify that you were invoiced for 1.5 hours, not 2 hours as stated in your review. Please re-check your invoice to confirm this is the case.
We are always very transparent about our rates, and it's our policy to outline them to customers whenever we take a booking, whether by by email or telephone.
Please see your email from us on 18 Nov 2019 at 13:40 which states that time on site up to the 1st hour is charged at the full hourly rate. Charges after the 1st hour are billed in half hourly increments.
These charges are confirmed once again whenever we send out a booking confirmation. Please see your email from us on 18 Nov 2019 at 16:06 to confirm this.
As a company we focus on transparency and honesty. Our reputation is very important to us and we always strive to offer an excellent service to our customers. Please check your invoice once again to clarify that you were charged 1.5 hours for the visit.
