You called me to manage my expectations by saying he was running over on another job and would be with me half an hour later. So although delayed, he turned up as and when I expected. He explained the problem and breezed it.

A great company with excellent people. On both occasions we have needed their expertise, the issues have been addressed very promptly and tidily. An added bonus is that they are friendly, ready and willing to discuss options as well as being very competitive on price. I unreservedly recommend them.

I have been using Palace Plumbers services for many years now. The plumbers have always been very punctual, friendly and happy to answer any questions I have. The standard of work is excellent and the record keeping of time spent on the jobs is highly accurate. I will always continue to use their services in the future, though hopefully I won't have many issues again!

Prompt service from a good local company. Made repairs to a leaking toilet in Dec 2018 which also had damaged flooring- did a great job. I have had CP12s and boiler services done elsewhere for slightly cheaper, but you get what you pay more. On previous occasions I have had engineers from other firms ask for additional payment for access to a certain boiler- as it is housed within a built in cupboard and access is difficult. This was noted by Palace Plumbers, but they never attempted to charge.

Recommended, and will use again. 👍

Very good service from booking the appointments with helpful people on the phone to works carried out. Water leaked through ceiling from a shower in bathroom above. Very pleasant and efficient plumber came round and diagnosed the fault. Came back a few days later, cut a hole in ceiling to gain access to damaged pipe and completed repair. No more leaks and a tidy job done by a very nice guy (Taz)!
