Ordered the shoes- great product and even better customer service!

The barefoot shoes arrived as per what was advertised. Have been wearing these shoes and after a 3 or so weeks initial period I feel my posture and calf muscles have altered for the better. The initial period was a gradual transition being quite sore until I got used to the shoes. Now find it difficult to wear old traditional footwear as these seem to make me lean forward and put pressure on my calves.

The water proof blanket is excellent. Very soft and definitely holds liquids, saving the bedding and other things you want to protect. The blanket has a plush side and s very soft more like microfibre side. The blanket also helps by staying in position with activity.

My new Painfree shoes are fantastic. I had a query though and their customer service was excellent. Their replies were prompt and informative and very friendly. It was very refreshing.

Easy order, quick delivery and great quality. I ordered two pairs of barefoot shoes, had a sizing issue with one of them - Sam at customer service was prompt to reply, super helpful, and organised a replacement for me in no time. I'm very happy with my experience so far. The barefoot shoes are light, comfy, and will definitely order more in the future.

Yep they are good -I enjoy walking in them and think its really good for your feet and whole body – maybe a bit more padding beneath feet to soften the blow of walking over pebbles – otherwise I love them

The pillow caused serious pain in my neck and back after a single use
I reached out many times requesting a refund and they say it "falls outside their refund policy" and offered a $15 credit
However on their website it says "if for any reason you are not satisfied - weve got you covered with our easy-peasy return policy"

I bought the stretch comfort shoe with the promotion 'Buy 1, get 1 free', plus compression socks. I received my package in a timely manner. Unfortunately, only one pair of shoes was there, not the free pair. I made a comment on an advert about this and a customer rep was very quick in messaging me and rectifying this with absolutely no drama! After I proved my sale, I am now being sent the free pair for no extra cost to myself. Absolutely brilliant, I couldn't be happier!
The shoes I have worn for a couple of days & I have found them to be very comfortable. Can be a little hard to get on your foot, but once on, they feel awesome! The compression sock I haven't tried as yet but is made out of quality material!
I would definitely buy from this company again!!

I bought some noise cancelling side sleeping ear buds I was sent noise reducing , completely useless.
Tried several times to rerun for refund .
And like other customers several emails back and forth and only offered a $10 refund off my $45 purchase .
Total waste of money , company is in china hence the no return . Emails are AI generated. Will never buy from them again . Please be careful the products are cheaply made . And whilst it seems like good customer service you will not get a full refund. Hassle free returns they claim absolutely not the case .

Arrived in good time and the quality was excellent.

Easy to use site and good communication. I purchased two pairs of the barefoot shoes and they are so comfy..so much so that the hubby keeps taking the black ones for when we go out. Super easy to pack if going on holidays also. All in all a fantastic comfortable shoe.

I was so extremely happy with my barefoot shoes that I ordered another two pairs. They are the most comfortable that I have ever worn and it was so easy to navigate to find what best suited me. Working out from the guide the correct size was simple and accurate and I am very satisfied with the quality. The store has a good range of products to choose from. Highly recommend.
