The boots are comfortable and I was so pleased with the service and the help I got from one of the customer service reps she was fantastic.

I received the Pain Free Barefoot shoes in size 42 and 43 they fit well and are very comfortable waring with water sport and Jet Skiing. I recommend these Barefoot shoes for comfort and flexibility.

I bought 2 pair of work shoes.. black and red and I used the black first. Very good and im happy wearing them.. just the problem everytime I walk they have click noise.. I will recommended 👌 and I did spread around to my work mate very light comtable.. thanks I will purchase again 1001 percent..

Nice comfortable shoes. I am doing around 30,000 steps a day so going to get a workout. Only issue was actually getting them on..nearly dislocated my finger first time! LOL

I found staff very helpful even when I ordered wrong size the customer service was extremely helpful and sent return labels and sent correct size. I have found product to be very comfortable and I have been wearing for about a week now and I am on my feet a lot through the day. My feet have not been painful. Usually I have moulded hard inserts in my shoes that can become really uncomfortable throughout day, so I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you!

I love these shoes. My chronic back pain has reduced and I will certainly be buying more. I highly recommend these shoes.

I found the Staff very helpful although we did encounter problems with the Courier which was satisfactorily resolved to such an extent that I placed another order for the Barefoot shoes. I am very happy with the response from the support staff and would gladly recommend you purchase these shoes.

The shoes I bought are thin, they have tiny holes in the soles. Not good for everyday wear, especially since you just end up with wet feet.
Can't return the shoes for change of mind, or incorrect sizing!!
I should have read their returns policy before purchasing.
I guess I now have some expensive beach and aqua shoes.
Absolutely a scam brand. Clearly buys from overseas and hopes we won't notice.

Low quality Chinese goods sold at a triple price premium in Australia.

Don’t trust the ads. The cooling blanket is not cooling at all. Couldn’t be bothered for a refund as I already opened it so I donated it to a clothing bin. Not here for a refund, just sharing my opinion.

Comfortable shoes, look great. I have three pairs. I wear at the gym and walking.

Already own 3 pairs of stretch comfort shoes… love and live in them…. Wanted to get family members a pair as gifts… they supplied wrong shoe size so shoes delivered were too small…Pain Free Aussies customer service advisors were amazing…. they assisted with the return and exchange of shoes for those of the correct size…. hassle free……can’t getter better service than that.

If you are on the fence about the barefoot shoes, take this as your hint to get off it, they are great! Takes a few times wearing them to get use to the free feeling but I can go all day without having foot fatigue. They are lightweight and easily cleaned. They're comfortable and easy to put on and off ... no laces to come undone either, lots of lovely colour combinations to choose from. The website was easy to use and find what I was looking for, easy to order from and postage was quick.

Fantastic company to deal with. There was a small problem with the delivery and they were very quick on the response and solutions. Very easy. Ordered some barefoot shoes which are as described. Great shoes. Will definitely order from them again. It is people like them that make our world beautiful. Well done. Many thanks
