I can say this was definitely not worth the $1400 total that I forked out for this experience. First, my budget was a road trip for $1000. Second, I was charged $100 in taxes. Third, gas and food was $200-300 more and NOT included. Fourth, Pack Up’s service fee was $229.

I reviewed the website for the cabin (which were tiny houses on wheels), the price was $269/night FEES INCLUDED. Apparently, Pack Up paid an extra $140+ in fees. The experience of all day kayaking was as expected, even though I brought my own kayak and only utilized the shuttle service for myself. My friend needed a rental and shuttle was included. Food and gas was NOT included,

Originally, this trip was solo, and I would have been extremely disappointed in the experience. It was nothing that I haven’t already done on my own, including kayaking on this particular river. I also have a small camping trailer. However, I ended up bringing a friend and it was an exciting experience for her, but even she said, not worth $1400.

IF I EVER choose to use Pack Up + Go again, I would do a flight out of my home state. Earlier this year, I used “Journee” for an international experience and got 8 days in Spain, flight included for $2100.

Just got back from New Orleans our experience there was so much fun. We had a blast. The dinner places i that was chosen was great. We went on a swamp ride. We did the Mardi Gras display. It was wonderful everything about it was wonderful thank you so much pack and go.We can’t wait to plan another trip !

Absolutely recommend. There is not one thing I would have changed about our experience. It was so nice to not have to make any decisions. We will be using this service again. And I have so many friends wanting to try it now. Thank you!!!

We had a great time on our trip! Pack Up + Go was easy to work with, checked in multiple times to make sure everything was going well, and just made it a fun experience. I can’t wait to book our next trip!

I loved the surprise element. The amount of research that I didn't have to do before made it that more special. The information provided was thorough and well presented. They also made sure to include as much from our preference sheet as they could.
I also appreciated that they were available for any questions and their responses were very personal.

Our experience was nothing short of amazing and we will be repeat customers once we have our fall schedules put together! The surprise element was extremely fun, we enjoyed that dinner reservations were in already in place, and the days had one booked excursion for just a few hours to not overbook the day so that we could explore the rest of the day. The planned activities aligned with what we enjoy as well! The hotel was lovely and perfectly located.

For constructive feedback, I would pay close attention to the age brackets of the travellers when booking restaurants. One of the restaurants we went to had great food, wine and service, but the average age of the clientele before we walked in was around mid 20s and the noise level made it impossible to have a conversation.

Aside from this very minor piece of constructive feedback, we had a blast and we will book again!

Having options and ideas for the weekend really saved us when I was struck ill and could not participate in the special activity for the day. The agents I worked with to return early were prompt, kind, and incredibly professional.

The trip was great. We had some travel issues at the beginning due to weather but the company helped get it all sorted. The only critique I have is I would have liked the to have had the tour event earlier in the week to help acclimate us to the city.

Fun and refreshing that I didn’t have to plan a thing. It was a wonderful mother/daughter trip.

Nina and I loved this trip. The team was extremely responsive to any questions and as well as incredibly helpful in extending our stay by one night. The location was spot on with what we provided in our survey, there were so many suggestions for food, activities and hiking spots. The prescheduled activity was not something we would have chosen on our own but we absolutely loved it. We would definitely book another trip with them in the future! It’s been a week since we have been home, and we find ourselves looking at the photos every day wishing we could go back. Thanks for everything! Til next time!

Amazing experience! Pack Up + Go planned a mother-son trip for me to spend time with my 17yo son before his senior year of HS. We went to Nashville and everything was perfect and expertly planned. If you are on the fence, just do it. You will have zero regrets!!

Our group could not have been more pleased with our experience! From the booking process to the actual vacation itself, none of us could think of one thing we would have done differently. We believe Pack Up and Go is the way to go for travel and will definitely be booking another girls trip! Can I give 10 stars?!?!

We had a great experience overall. From the location to the restaurant choices and the events planned. The only reason for a 4 star is due to the recommendations being very far away. We really looked forward to hiking but upon looking up recommended locations discovered they were 1.5 hours away which we didn’t have time to travel there and back for. Having estimated time on our packet would have been great

Everything about the trip, except the weather, was outstanding. The resort was gorgeous and their accommodations excellent. The activities planned were spot on. As were the restaurant choices. I would definitely go again and have already been suggesting this vacation style to my friends.

I was incredibly impressed with the planning. This trip exceeded my expectations! Our getaway was flawlessly planned according to our preferences. The detailed itinerary was incredible, as were the suggestions of other things to do, eat, and see! Customer service was second to none- I was so impressed with the quick responses to any questions I had. Even on weekends and holidays. I have already started recommending Pack Up and Go to family and friends!

This was my second Pack Up + Go trip and I loved it both times! The accommodations they booked and the activities were great. They plan fun things for you to do and leave down time for you to relax or find your own things to explore!

Your response to my previous post simply highlighted the hotel you selected, but it didn't address the main issue: why would you send someone to Savannah, Georgia during the peak of summer, when temperatures can exceed 110°F? There are countless destinations that are far more enjoyable that time of year—coastal Maine, for example, where the weather is comfortable and the lobster is world-famous.
Even more concerning, my previous review was removed. That makes it difficult to trust the integrity of the review system when negative experiences appear to disappear while the overall rating remains artificially high. - See your response - please give me your number to call. Our Pack Up + Go trip was everything I hoped and more. From the very beginning until the end, PU+G did not disappoint. The communication, location, accommodations, and activities were all amazing and on point for our group. Trusting them with our trip gave me the bandwidth to truly enjoy, relax and take in the weekend. Thank you PU+G!! I hope to enjoy another PU+G trip again soon!!

This was my 4th trip with Pack Up + Go and as usual it was planned to perfection and we enjoyed every minute. Thanks for the great excursions and recommendations. As always, it was a great experience that I only had to show up and do! From someone that has to make decisions all the time, it was a great reprieve! Everyone should Pack Up & Go!

Pack Up + Go did a wonderful job! Our trip was fabulous. Having the location, flight, hotel, a couple of activities and dinner reservations all taken care of for us made our girls trip so easy. Highly recommend.
