Frustrating Experience with Pace University Refund Process
I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Pace University's refund process, prompting me to share my grievances here. The university's failure to respond to my emails has been particularly disheartening.
According to their Refund Policy, I was supposed to receive my refund through a BankMobile account. However, to my dismay, I received a check instead. The situation escalated when I discovered that my previously removed U.S. address mysteriously reappeared in their systems, leading to the delivery of the check to the wrong location.
Now residing in Brazil, I am left without the refund due to this address discrepancy. Despite reaching out to Airbnb, the platform through which I was living in US, I have received no response.
This lack of communication and the failure to adhere to their own refund procedures has left me in a difficult position, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others. It is crucial for Pace University to rectify these issues promptly and establish better communication practices to prevent similar frustrations for future students.
