P4 Solar Anmeldelser

I highly recommend P4 Solar, their customer service has been excellent at every stage. There was no sales pressure, the quotation was very detailed and all my questions were fully answered by Fred. The installation team were very friendly, polite and efficient, and they even cleared my gutters while they were on the roof! The electrician gave me a full tour of the app and the equipment. Communication has been fantastic throughout and I am extremely pleased with the system.

P4 Solar get 5 Stars with no hesitation. After chats with other companies who only did online surveys and tried to measure my roof using Google Maps(!) it was a refreshing change to speak to someone face to face. From the initial meeting with Fred, the survey, documentation, recommended system, everything was spot on. Even when Northern Powergrid tried to throw a spanner in the works, the team at P4 sorted all the paperwork and kept me informed every step of the way. The install of the Sigenergy solar panels, EV charger and battery all went smoothly. Only one slight hiccup was with the planned cable routing into the garage where the battery is, but that was quickly resolved. The system has been working brilliantly and I am very pleased. Happy to recommend P4 Solar.

From start to finish the service was excellent. They travelled over 2 hours to do a survey and quote, discussed options and gave clear explanations. On the day of the fitting workmen were professional and polite and the electrician explained how to use the app and make the solar system work effectively. Customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend this company for value, communication and service.

We chose P4 Solar to install our solar panel system in 2023 after carefully evaluating several providers. From the initial consultation through to installation, the service was excellent, and the after-sales support has been outstanding. Whenever we have had a question or concern, the team has responded promptly and resolved any issues efficiently, ensuring we have always been completely satisfied. For example, when one of our batteries failed under warranty, it was replaced quickly and without any hassle. Also P4 Solar explain technical matters in a clear and straightforward way, making it easy for those without specialist knowledge to understand. We would have no hesitation in recommending P4 Solar. First Class

P4 Solar recently designed and installed solar panels, batteries, and an EV charger for us. The customer experience we received was excellent throughout.
Oliver led the project from day one, guiding us through the options and taking the time to address our specific requirements and concerns. We had a more complex situation than usual and Oliver’s clear communication and project management addressed all our questions and concerns: giving us confidence in their ability to deliver the work to the very best standards.
On the installation side, everything went exceptionally smoothly with Jackson, Rhys and Dylan doing an excellent job installing the panels and Matthew and James completing all the electrical work. This was done when temperatures reached well above 30 degrees centigrade!
Everything has been done to the highest standards using excellent quality panels and batteries.
In addition, the support from Chloe was excellent and the specialist technical support from Justin and Rachel was superb.
Everyone we had contact with – by telephone or face to face – was friendly, helpful and professional, and the whole team is clearly focused on providing the highest quality of work and the highest standard of customer care.
We have received the best customer experience and level of support and service that we have received in a very long time.
I am really pleased and happy with everything the P4 team have done for us and highly recommend team for any of your solar related requirements.

First rate, every step of the way.
From initial consultation to install, everything went well and explained clearly.
No question was too much trouble. Highlights so far include support and, more importantly, the fact that I felt I'd need a bigger battery. P4 talked me through my needs and suggested I wait and use the system for six months and see if I still wanted the larger battery, which was a simple upgrade. Three weeks in and this was, without doubt, the best idea and has probably saved me nearly £2k. Price was very competitive when compared to an even closer installer. Highly recommended.

Contacted P4 on recommendation from a friend; very impressed, from the initial consultation with Oli, through system design, scheduling the installation and then the installation process and immediate aftercare too.

We had a battery and panels system fitted, with panels on 3 roof slopes, and the installation team of Dylan, Jackson, Rhys and James were great on site, and we were able to solve a couple of issues really well between us all.

Have already recommended P4 to others, and would do so again!

A great team from start to finish. Great communicators who listen and react punctually. The fitting of solar panels, inverter & battery was done to a very high standard. I have no reservations in highly recommending
P4 solar.

As residents of a Hurstwood Homes property, my family and I have been extremely impressed with the support provided by P4 Solar as we settled into our new home at the Cotton Meadows development. From the very beginning, P4 Solar has ensured we are seamlessly connected to a more sustainable way of living, providing ongoing guidance and support that have enabled us to enjoy the benefits of renewable energy while embracing the comfort and luxury of our new home.
The partnership between Hurstwood Homes and P4 Solar is an excellent initiative, ensuring that every homeowner experiences a smooth and stress-free transition into their new property. Through expert advice and assistance before and after moving in, P4 Solar ensures that homeowners have their solar PV systems and battery storage fully operational from day one, allowing them to maximise the benefits of their state-of-the-art, energy-efficient homes.
We found Justin's visit particularly valuable, as he took the time to clearly explain how the high-quality solar PV system and battery storage work together to power our home. His knowledge, professionalism, and approachable manner gave us the confidence to make the most of the technology and fully appreciate the long-term financial and environmental benefits it offers. I would like to say Thanks to Justin. Chris

From initial engagement to system sign-off, the P4 Solar team were professional, courteous and efficient. The solar/battery system was installed quickly, with minimal disruption and the lads were extremely neat and tidy (despite the variable weather). We did have a couple of minor issues (not P4 Solar's fault), but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently - hence the 5* review.

From the first meeting with Fred to the final install the whole process has been fantastic. We chose P4 for our installation as their advice and guidance was first class. The installation team were awesome and consulted with us all day about where and how they were going to install all of the equipment. There work is very neat and super tidy. I've already recommended P4 to friends who are considering solar/battery.

Fred Maddocks at P4 Solar came highly recommended to us by two different people, and I can honestly say he has not let us down.
From the very beginning, P4 Solar offered a personable, small family-business feel, while still delivering a highly professional service. Communication throughout has been excellent—always prompt, clear, and helpful. They handled all the paperwork required and guided us through the entire process, making everything as straightforward as possible.
We experienced some delays at our end due to a house renovation and the many moving parts involved. None of these issues were P4 Solar's fault, yet they were incredibly flexible and worked around other trades on site to keep things moving.
What really stood out was the level of customer care. During a house rewire, our system went offline because we had no power. Fred noticed this and even contacted us while he was on holiday to make sure everything was okay. That level of service truly goes above and beyond.
At no point did we feel pressured to make a purchase after receiving the quote. Fred took the time to understand our needs and recommended the most suitable battery setup for us. Rather than trying to sell us additional equipment, he advised us to start with one battery and explained that a second could easily be added later if required.
We couldn't be happier with the service we've received and would highly recommend Fred and the team at P4 Solar to anyone considering solar installation. A genuine, trustworthy company that puts its customers first.

While the lads arrived a little late, it didn't matter as they got on with the job and completed it well within the expected time allocation despite the 32 degrees of heat!! They were all very friendly and pleasant, helpful and respectful. Everything was explained in detail afterwards and everything was cleaned up afterwards. No complaints at all. An almost enjoyable experience.

Excellent service from the quote to installation. Quick installation of solar and battery system up and running within a day. Sorted the app and talked me through it's use. Highly recommended.

Recently used this firm with regards to additional panels on my garage roof. I found them very helpful very thorough with there checks. I dealt with Peter and found him to be honest and his work was exceptional.

Very informative and professional. Listened to our requirements and provided a detailed quote with multiple options for our circumstances. Would recommend.

I'm disappointed to rate P4solar a 1 against their other reviews, but them saying "at P4 we are strictly a supply-and-installation company" pretty much sums it up, I wanted a battery install to best arbitrage electricity prices and was sold a Hanchu system despite enquiring about a different system. Turns out Hanchu really is behind the curve compared to their competitors, so my system is not fit for purpose. Sadly emails to p4Solar tech support 3 months after install go unanswered. Attempts to engage with Directors do not get results. Beware!

We recently had solar panels installed and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The company and installers were brilliant from start to finish. Declan, Dylan, and Jackson were the roofers, and they were professional, friendly, and left everything clean and tidy when the job was done.

A special thank you to Fred, who has been amazing throughout the whole process. He is always available on the phone, happy to help, and willing to offer advice whenever needed.

We couldn’t recommend this company highly enough and are so grateful for the excellent service we received.

I recently had a solar and battery system installed at my home by P4.
They were very professional, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process, from the initial visit to measure up, through the quotation stage, installation and after sales service, including the arrangement of all the necessary registration documentation I needed in order to become an energy exporter.
A1 service from an A1 company and very competitively.priced. Thank you P4, I can't praise you highly enough.
And a special shout out to Oli, who gave me solid, practical advice throughout and is a credit to P4.

We are really very impressed with the excellent service we have received from P4 Solar. From proposal to quote to instalment and aftercare we have been kept well informed. The installers have been friendly and good at communicating with us, and they have worked hard and effectively. The system is up and running completed quickly and efficiently. We needed the roof refelting too and Solar were able to recommend a roofer who has done an excellent job. They too have kept us well informed about what is being done and when.
The instalment is a big undertaking I have been comfortable throughout that I could trust Solar 4 to do everything right.
All round excellent. I highly recommend p4 Solar.
