GRC Solar Ltd Anmeldelser

Totally agree 100% with all the reviews about this company and would highly recommend them, everything from initial contact , information, explanations, fitting to commissioning all perfect .
There is however one very important thing that hasn't been mentioned, that is, age, I say this as an 'older' customer, I didn't want pressure or hard sell, initially I
thought, do I really want to do this , will it be too technical, will I understand it, do I want the mess and upheaval, will it all work , will there be support afterwards ?? I can now honestly say all these worries were totally unfounded.
No pressure, everything explained in simple terms, fitters were exceptional, no mess, the system works perfectly for me, and importantly I know the support is there should I need it. Macauley set up the App on my iPhone & iPad and explained it all but the App is so user friendly I can see at a glance, what I'm using, what the panels are generating, what's going to the battery, what's being sent back to the grid and best of all how much I'm saving , it really is a revelation.
So, my takeaway from this is, if you're thinking about Solar this company is, in my opinion an excellent choice.

Great job from start to finish, would highly recommend GCR

From start to finish my experience with Andy and GRC Solar has been first class.

Johnathan and his team fitted a 14 panel integrated solar system with battery and EV charger for me and the workmanship and professionalism was brilliant.

This solar system is second to none, it does everything that the company says its going to do. Right from the first meeting down to the insulation everything was exceptional, the fitters workmanship was absolutely fantastic, neat and tidy. I would recommend this company to anybody. Example of savings we were spending £5 a day on electric now 63p on the standing charge.

I’m so glad I took the advice of my friend Gordon who recommended GRC because from start to finish I could not be happier with the final result. with Andy ( great guy ) visiting my home making me feel really relaxed and under no pressure and fully explaining the process, to scaffolders coming working threw the rubbish rain conditions and still got it done , and Jonathan and his team dealing with the installation of the solar panels and all the other equipment. The hole team just shown professionalism, politeness, hard work . which is why I would 100% recommend GRC solar Ltd.

Thank you GRC solar Ltd team

I knew what I wanted. I wanted a ground mount system. I reached out for quotes and entered a world of silliness.
But from the start to finish GRC have been nothing but professional. Advice, siting, installation including making dates and hitting targets. If they say it, it happens. I can only see this solar system being more important here. There’s some more work I will do, they’re in my phone.
Very pleased

Solar panels - couldn't recommend more highly. Professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Very happy with all aspects of the service.

Having GRC solar supply and fit solar panels and battery to my house was the best decision I made. Right from quotation to installation the whole process was hassle free and professional handled. The GRC provided all the information to allow us to make an informed decision and we given time to digest the information and not pressured to make a decision. Once we placed our order the team organised erecting of scaffolding and two days later installed the system and helped us install the app for the system. The follow up after service is absolute fantastic ensuring we were happy with the app and our understanding of the system , we were also advised that if we had any queries just to ask and support would be available. I can’t recommend this company enough a fantastic experience from start to finish.

We're absolutely delighted with the experience from start to finish. GRC are so professional and have such a high standard of customer service that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Everything was set out really clearly in the initial consultation. The deal we got on the number of panels, inverter and battery was very competitive. The installation went very smoothly. The lads were very polite and professional. They had the system up and running before the rest of the panels were installed on the back of the house, so we were energy independent by lunchtime! They provide a lot of help to get you on the right tariff with the energy provider. Great service!

Really happy with everything from start to finish. Andy came out to see me initially and was dead helpful, explained everything properly and helped me decide what would work best.

McCauley did the electrical work and done a great job, really professional and tidy. Everything was well organised as well, scaffolding was up two days before the installation and taken back down the day after it was finished.

Leighton was also a massive help with the EV side of things.

We’ve got 15 panels and battery storage and I’m really impressed with the system. The app is great as well, I’m actually obsessed with checking it now to see what the solar is producing, what’s in the battery and how much we’re using from the grid!

Our grid use has already dropped off massively which is exactly what I wanted. Really happy we decided to get it done with Andy and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about solar and batteries.

From start to finish I felt we could trust GRC Solar to specify and install our system in line with our requirements. We have had other companies giving us quotes but it was a hard sell a bit like double glazing salesmen. System up and running as promised.

Absolutely first class the after service is second to none. They are always on the end of a phone and so helpful.

The Team put my DHW cylinder in for constant hot water and my heating from on the wall Samsung heating supply. All the time telling me what they were going to do next and carrying out an excellent job along with 3 new radiators. In 5 days. Great job and team. All working correctly.

The installation was easy from beginning to end. Ian did all the paperwork and explained everything in language we could understand. The installers were professional, clean, tidy and pleasant.

Very happy with the whole journey of installing solar with GRC, from the initial enquiry and home visit - no hard sell, lots of easy to understand information, installation on time with good communication throughout to setting up the SEG tariff we were helped and guided all the way - I would definitely recommend GRC to anyone interested in solar

You engineers came at 8 pm, the installation went very smoothly, when completed loaded the app to my phone and explained everything .
I would have no hesitation in recommending your company.

Fantastic company from start to finish they really put the legwork in to designing and delivering the system that works best for you. Tom is polite and professional and was a pleasure to deal with. They were competitive on price and all the trades are in house so the quality of the install is top notch
Highly recommended GRC solar to anyone who will listen

GRC Solar are a brilliant company to purchase your solar panels and battery from. The guys doing the install were really efficient, friendly and professional and took any packaging away with them, you'd never know they'd been!! My wifi from my original provider wasn't very good so Charlie came round and put the Inverter onto our Deco system and now everything is perfect. Ian is a lovely guy to deal with and will tell you everything you need to know and if you have any questions he's happy to answer them, responding quickly to your queries/questions. I'm so happy with how neat everything looks and the app is great to use once the guys go over it with you. I highly recommend GRC Solar, don't hesitate. 😊

The team installing the panels were efficient, thorough and helpful. McCauley installed the App and explained how to use it, he was very polite and helpful too.
When we subsequently contacted the company with supplementary questions they responded quickly and dealt with everything in a timely manner, Charlie came to the house to sort out the issue we had and everything is working well.
Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The installation team headed up by Jonathan arrived bang on time. They explained what they were doing, took pictures of the roof when complete, helped me to install the app and showed us everything before they left. Very happy with the job and their work. I would definitely recommend them.
