Great product fast service
Especially the caring packaging
The supports were made with real quality and excellent design.

Please be warned.
I purchased 10 brackets for my Toyota coaster. On first arrival and install thought the brackets were great, just what I wanted!
Not even a year on and the paint has faded, flaked off and is now starting to severely rust. Extremely disappointing for what you pay.
Upon email communication with ozroofracks ceo, Pedro Martin. I was told that this was due to a lack of maintenance on my behalf and was told nobody would warrant a paint coating on steel.
As someone who’s worked in construction for many years I can tell you that this is a major cop out and a massive evasion of any responsibility or accountability from the company, industrial roof coatings for steel come with a 15 year warranty, other steel powder coated products come with a warranty, I put it down to poor preparation work or a poor quality paint being used.
The bus that these were fitted to and the roof racks themselves get washed monthly and are nowhere near the vicinity of salt water for anywhere near long enough to cause paint or steel corrosion.
I was offered to return them for a repaint, however, I was to front the bill of return and redelivery, and then to receive the same brackets returned to me with a new assumably poor quality paint job and no guarantee of the rust being 100% gone.

Very helpful and great communication

We had a brilliant experience with Ozroofracks! I would really recommend looking at their roof rack products.

I called them up to discuss the rack options for our high roof Toyota Hiace Commuter (2003) and talked to Pedro about the various options and what would be best for our vehicle.
We drove up to collect the racks (as we were relatively nearby) and Pedro gave a large part of his afternoon to discussing the various options, showing us how to install them and discussing everything related to a Hiace camper setup! The roof legs/bars product is really well designed and once we saw them in person it’s clear that they are very well built and much sturdier than other options that we looked at. Pedro has clearly spent a lot of time developing the product, getting it properly tested and know the ins and outs of everything related.
After what was a fantastic pickup and customer service we went to drive off and I ended up snapping my van key in the side door. We had only picked up the van that morning and so only had the single key. Pedro saved the day and arranged for a friend to come and pick us up and help us get new keys cut at a local locksmith and make sure that we were able to get on our way. Everyone at Ozroofracks was so friendly and helpful (including the local community that helped with the keys!).
Could not recommend them more and the racks so far have been brilliant and really look good on the van.

Incredibly helpful and prompt. Great knowledge about products. Would recommend this company to everyone looking for roof rack and other accessories.

Great customer service and prompt reply to all questions and queries. Great quality product. No complaints!

Very easy to deal with and exceptional customer service.

Great shipping times, and very easy experience with ordering the right parts.

Pedro the owner & designer of Ozroofracks gives fantastic customer service & is justifiably proud of his product. The product is excellent quality & we were assisted with friendly, prompt advice during fitting when we had questions.

Best roofracks in the market. The owner took his time to explain me everything that I needed to know and the different types that were available.
The material of the racks are solid with good looking, easy to install and with many other features that can be added to them.

Thanks again ozroofracks!

Fast and good condition!!

Fast service and fantastic product. Fits the van perfectly.

This company is doing everything well. Pedro is tops! Extremely knowledgable, curtious and prompt. Always returns phone calls. Highly recommend this company.

Quick service

Service very good arrived in very good time. Had problems with lock nuts not fitting cap screws supplied. Also had to modify mounting brackets by cutting of top of brackets to fit my awning and make the top hole in brackets into a slot to match the mounting bolts on awning. Probably best if bracket was left blank and drilled own holes to suit awning. and just a straight mounting bracket without the angle section on the top which I had to remove because of wide of awning metal mounting backing

I purchased 10 roof rack brackets for my Toyota Coaster, and so happy, brackets are perfect. A brilliant company to purchase from, prompt, professional, very helpful, great products, with super fast postage. Highest recommendation

Found Pedro great to deal with passionate about his products. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Will be fitting them tommorow. Roof Racks look great, sturdy and great quality. And just what I needed

Very happy

Very fast delivery and easy to put on our van. Very happy with the racks

Really happy with our brackets and roof bars for our Hiace Van. As soon as I opened the box I could see that the brackets were exceptional quality. Pedro was very helpful. If you want good quality products I would highly recommend Ozroofracks.

Great quality product and very speedy communication A+
