Amazing roof rack system
Amazing roof rack system. A must for anyone looking to install roof racks on a van with low gutters and a high roof. Ozroofracks offer a superior product to everything else on the market and at a fairly comparable price. After a fair bit of research, I feel confident saying that Pedro offers what is easily the best option for numerous van types that require custom racking systems. We have a 2000 Toyota HiAce commuter and I have seen a variety of hand made/ customised roof rack systems getting around. Most of these look cheap and or flimsy, but the ozroofracks we bought are rock solid and they have a sleek and professional design. Pedro not only offers an amazing product, but he is also extremely helpful and clearly passionate about his product. could not recommend any higher. Thanks Pedro!

Disappointing.
Can't really give a good rating as after 10days since ordering the parcel looks like lost somewhere with lack of updates even after contacting the selling company and the courier.
Called again the courier today and after 1hr wait on the phone they said they will email an update, nothing yet.
I would expect this kind of assistance for a cheap product.
To be clear, it is seller's duty to chase the courier not the buyer's hence the 2stars.

Dear Edoardo, you order entered our system at 3 Dec 2024 4:30 PM Sydney time and I hand over to Aramex at 4 Dec 2024 5:30. Realize how many businesses will take your order at 4:30pm have it ready to pick up next day 5:30am. Not to say log and photo on my side shows the order was ready 2h after you clicked the purcahse button.
Under the australian consumer law https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/buying-products-and-services/not-receiving-products-or-services-that-are-paid-for "(...) there may be issues beyond the business’s control and which they didn’t know about when the consumer purchased the product or service. For instance, in the case of products, there may be unexpected delays in receiving products or components from suppliers, or postal delays. In the case of services, there may be something like weather preventing the business from providing the service."
Completely understand you frustration, I'm the only person behind the scenes dealing with every single aspect on the business best way I know and still like that, there are things that scape to my control as is logistics with couriers... when it come to peak season it's completely unpredictable.
Now a 2-star rating because you have a delay on your order, on peak season? I would love to be able to select what kind of customer I have to trade with ahead!
Some companies registered 52 million parcels delivered past years, do you get an idea of the amount of time and effort that requires for people behind scenes?
I wish you a patient Christmas!

I paid over $1200 for high mount roof rack brackets and just over a year in the powder coating is falling off exposing the rust underneath. Then i email him about the issue and get told that its normal and they require maintenance which is bullshit!

So sad you have a bad experience with our product. As per information provided on the website, instructions, labels and boxes the product require maintenance. Very easy maintain cleanliness, keep dry when possible, use sealant or clear coats if continously exposed to weather. I'be tried providing a solution even when purchase date is off warranty terms (date of purchase 16/07/2023). We will get your feedback to improve, thanks for your message.

My racks were on the van for a year and the powercoating is peeling off and the racks are rusting as it seems no primer was used under the powdercoating. also, insufficient gutter protection provided, and they have damaged the paint on my car's freshly painted gutters. now ive got to get the racks sandblasted and painted properly with enamel and my car gutters repainted. pretty disappointing . Will also buy some extra channel rubber to cover all bits hitting the vans gutters before they are reinstalled.
