Πραγματικά απογοητευτική εμπειρία με την OYSHO.
Έχω πραγματοποιήσει παραγγελία στις 21/01 (αρ. 60062587975), την οποία δεν παρέλαβα ποτέ. Παρόλο που έχουν περάσει πάνω από 2 μήνες, δεν έχει ολοκληρωθεί ούτε η επιστροφή χρημάτων.
Έχω επικοινωνήσει επανειλημμένα με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και λαμβάνω συνεχώς την ίδια απάντηση ότι το θέμα «έχει προωθηθεί στο αρμόδιο τμήμα», χωρίς καμία ουσιαστική εξέλιξη.
Μέρος της πληρωμής έγινε με κάρτα και το υπόλοιπο με δωροκάρτα, κάτι που φαίνεται να καθυστερεί ακόμη περισσότερο τη διαδικασία επιστροφής.
Έχω ήδη προχωρήσει σε επίσημη καταγγελία, καθώς θεωρώ απαράδεκτο να παρακρατούνται χρήματα για τόσο μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα χωρίς καμία λύση.
Αναμένω άμεση διευθέτηση του θέματος.

Ho acquistato un pantalone, pagandolo profumatamente, che si è disintegrato al primo lavaggio (eseguito seguendo le istruzioni riportate sull'etichetta). Il Servizio Clienti ha avuto il coraggio di imputare la colpa a me e non ad un difetto di fabbrica/scarsa qualità o al fatto di aver riportato sull'etichetta delle istruzioni di lavaggio errate. Non acquisterò mai più e vi invito a fare altrettanto se non volete buttare i vostri soldi.

I purchased an item from Oysho and within just one week, after only wearing it twice, the fabric started pilling. This is completely unacceptable for a brand at this price point.
What’s even more frustrating is that I have emailed their customer service multiple times over several days and have received no response at all.

But it definitely must not look like trash after 2-3 days. I don’t know what companies are thinking about but people will just stop buying products from huge corporations one day. There are really few companies left that make good quality things and it’s definitely not this one

Ich hatte Schuhe bestellt, die aber nicht passten. Ich habe das Paket am gleichen Tag mit Hermes zurückgeschickt, da ich kein Rücksendeformular auf der Seite gefunden habe. Da ist jetzt vor 12 Tagen gewesen. Telefonnummer und E-Mail funktioniert nicht. Nie wieder!
I purchased a Oysho black lightweight…
I purchased a Oysho black lightweight packable down jacket from ASOS a month ago.Almost straight away feathers started coming out of it but I waited a few weeks to see if it stopped. I then contacted ASOS ‘customer service’ (terrible!) who said yes it sounds faulty, please return it. I did so and must have missed the 30 day return policy by the time the jacket reached them, so they automatically returned the faulty jacket to me.. which to be honest I thought they would do as I have had repeat terrible experiences with them! I had also in the meantime contacted Oysho being the manufacturer as I thought that they would wish to know if their item was faulty., but no., they were not in the slightest bit interested in helping at all! I will definitely be avoiding Oysho clothing. It may look nice but it’s obviously made very cheaply and badly! Plus the lack of any customer service is definitely a no go for me!! I will also avoid buyer higher price items with ASOS as they are equally as unhelpful and never a pleasant experience!!
Zipper broke after 2 months
After 2 months of use of the FELLEX® with AEROGEL 10k waterproof long padded jacket, the zipper already broke. By the time they finally replied to my enquiries (which took 6 months), they no longer had the same colour in stock and said they couldn't replace it by a different colour.
OYSHO, substandard quality, awful service.
We purchased items from Oysho a black and white outfit, receipt totaling approximately €80 dated 24/03/2026. After just two short wears, the condition of the garments has significantly deteriorated.
Facts observed:
• The black fabric shows heavy pilling and lint accumulation, especially along the seams and edges.
• The edges appear frayed, as if the item has been used extensively.
• The light-colored fabric shows snags and micro-damage, with the texture already compromised.
• Overall, the garment looks visibly worn, which is completely disproportionate to only two uses.
Additionally:
• I contacted the store, but was told in a pretty rude manner, that this is due to “improper use,” which is a false statement. The items were worn normally and only briefly.
Conclusion:
The fabric quality is extremely poor. Items at this price point should not degrade almost immediately. This strongly indicates a material defect or substandard manufacturing, not normal wear and tear.
We consider this unacceptable and, if the issue is not resolved properly, we will proceed with legal action and involve a lawyer.
I do not recommend this brand — it fails to meet even basic expectations for quality and durability.

Die leggings weist nach 1x waschen, ohne getragen zu werden ein Loch auf. Die Reklamation wird als „nicht begründet“ erklärt. Ich habe 40€ für eine solche Qualität bezahlt. Katastrophe.

Worst company to deal with. It took them a month to send an order they lost. When it finally came it was the wrong. Now more delays as I’ll need to mail back their items and prove I still don’t have items. No refund. I’ll never shop with them again

I am absolutely shocked by the service I have received. I have been waiting for my parcel for two weeks and it still hasn’t arrived. All I get are emails from the courier claiming that delivery was attempted; lies. On some of these days, I was home all day, and nobody came to the door.
I have sent multiple emails to OYSHO, and all I get is that nothing can be done. My money is blocked, and my parcel is nowhere to be found.
How is it even possible to provide such terrible service and not do anything to help a customer? I have neither received my parcel nor a refund, and the lack of accountability is astonishing.
I strongly do not recommend this company based on my experience.

En interrogeant leur IA (chat) l a seule réponse était que les prix correspondent au pays de commande et de se référer aux conditions générales de vente.
Le chat est bloqué à plusieurs reprises pour obliger à sortir et reprendre le dossier
En vérifiant, Ils sont effectivement inférieurs sur le site espagnol.
Quel est le véritable prix? On a vraiment vraiment l impression de se faire avoir.

Prodotti eccellenti, qualità ottima. Purtroppo, il servizio di spedizione è stato inadeguato. Dopo 3 settimane di attesa e di richieste di aggiornamenti su un pacco diviso in 5 spedizioni, mi è stato sempre detto che “era in transito” e di controllare l’app. Solo dopo insistenza sono riuscita a parlare con un operatore, che mi ha comunicato che il pacco era smarrito e che avrei ricevuto il rimborso, senza alcuna scusa o spiegazione. Per tre settimane hanno trattenuto i miei soldi senza fornire alcuna informazione. Totale mancanza di rispetto verso il cliente. È sorprendente come un’azienda possa permettersi di perdere clienti in questo modo.

Comprei a calça Jogger Modal Brushed há aproximadamente 40 dias e, antes mesmo da primeira lavagem, o tecido já apresenta um grau de desgaste significativo. O tecido está a desfazer-se, a escamar, na zona da perna próxima ao punho elástico. Uma vergonha. Agrava a situação o fato de a Oysho não disponibilizar qualquer sistema de avaliação de produtos - nem no site, nem na aplicação. Se houvesse avaliações disponíveis, poderia ter sabido antecipadamente que este produto apresenta este problema de qualidade, ou total falta dela. É lamentável uma marca deste porte cobrar mais de 35 euros por um produto que, apenas passado o prazo de devolução, já apresenta tais problemas.
