Oxigen Environmental - Killygarry, Cavan Anmeldelser

Very poor customer service. the baskets have been standing in front of the gate unclaimed for several days. The hotline claims that the baskets were not put out, so they were not picked up. Allegedly, he was the regional manager himself. Unfortunately, I have cameras on the property that have not recorded any of your managers. The company itself is lost in its lies and they treat the customer as an enemy. They seem to have forgotten that it is thanks to customers that they make money. I do not recommend this company.

Very helpful person 2 deal with answered everything I asked and no hassle to deal with

Customer care team were very responsive and helpful when our bins were not collected. They organised very quickly for our bins to be lifted. They were very professional and helpful

Brilliant service as usual ... everything was as planned and staff very helpful
Keep up the good work

Very helpful staff on other end of phone when needed Pauline

Just thought skip would have been collected around due date end of August. Otherwise all was fine

Easy ordering, dropped of when requested and promptly picked up. Would use again

The skip was delivered on time and placed exactly where I asked for it to be placed. Company contacted me to find out when suited for the skip to be collected. Great company to deal with.

Oxigen are always on time with their collection and keeps informed over holiday periods etc, excellent service.

The service was excellent, we were informed that the skip could be dropped off a day early and although we were not at the premises at the time the driver left it exactly where we had said to leave it.

Fast, efficient and easy to deal with. Very competitive too

Very friendly efficient service. Highly recommended.
