We are dedicated to providing top-quality products and expert advice in the areas of beds, carpets, flooring, and home furnishings. Our reputation for excellence continues to grow. We have ten stores located throughout Leinster. We offer both online shopping and in-store shopping experiences. We pride ourselves off the fact that we look after our customer's from start to finish, with our hassle - free supply and fit service.

Professional, precise and highly recommend.

Luca was very helpful in the Navan branch. He was very detailed and knowledgeable about different flooring and did not miss a single thing! He helped us with calculating the measurements and priced everything very clearly. It was easy to make a final decision and didn't feel pressured at all to make such a big decision for our new home!

Rachel the best!!!

I have 0 experience with flooring, so went in clueless. A girl named Rachel, helped me and my sister out. Explained everything from process, measuring to the specification to each floor. Whatever question we had she had the answers ready. She's been amazing, helped out picking some amazing and quality laminated floor and explained what goes well with what. I highly recommend to go ask for her when you go in. I specifically came back because of how her customer service skills. Let's go Rachel

5 stars plus for Derek

Myself and my wife visited the furniture department in Des Kelly’s Coolock today and we were assisted by a salesman called Derek. He gave us invaluable advice on colours and fabrics for our sofas. He was extremely knowledgeable and not one bit pushy, a total professional. The selection of sofas bedding and dining was exceptional we were more than happy with our purchase and the very short lead times on products we purchased.
Well done Des Kelly’s and thank you Derek!

Great service from start to finish

Great service from start to finish. The sales person in Cross Guns was very personable, with lots of knowledge about carpets.

The delivery was flawless with a 1 hour time slot allocated, so unusual these days! The fitter was very pleasant. I wasn't aware my old carpet had to be removed,but he took it up for me and did a great job. Excellent service!

Bad service

I bought a carpet and was told that I needed to contact the fitter and not the other way around. I paid for the service including removal and fitting, yet I had to contact your fitter. It doesn't work that way, and I won't recommend your store to anyone because of this.

If I ring a takeaway for delivery, am I expected to collect it myself?

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience with us. Having looked back on your order, we can see that your carpet was fitted on the agreed date at the time of purchase, which was over a year ago now, and no issues were raised with us at the time of installation. We also just want to gently clarify that it is not our usual process to ask customers to contact fitters directly, as all scheduling and coordination is handled by our team. We understand how frustrating it can be if something didn’t feel right from your perspective, and we’re sorry if there was any confusion at the time. As we weren’t made aware of any concerns when the work was completed, we unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to look into this for you sooner. We’d be more than happy to discuss this further and better understand your experience if you’d like to get in touch with us directly.

Popped into the Coolock store to purchase a mattress. Katharina was extremely welcoming and very helpful. My mattress was ordered, paid for and delivery arranged without any fuss. I would definitely recommend this lovely, well laid out store.
