The other company have refunded the money which 1.300 thousand pounds but nothing from these

Liane was very helpful in looking for flights and provided me with several good options. She was very responsive and made sure to follow up with me. Although I didn’t end up booking my flight through her, she still took the time to follow up, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service and highly recommended!

I got in touch with the company and Grace got back to me. Even though I didn't manage to purchase a ticket she was very helpful and patient with assisting me and answering all my questions. Will definitely be in touch in the future. Thank you Grace.

I requested a cancellation and refund, agreeing to all cancellation costs. For weeks, my calls went unanswered because their numbers do not work, and my emails were completely ignored including a direct cancellation email I sent on June 25th.
Only after I posted an honest review online did they suddenly start responding. Manager Max Brown immediately tried to make excuses, putting false accusations on me and claiming they never received my emails or had any record of my refund request a blatant lie, which I proved to them with saved email logs.
To make matters worse, OWT Group then tried to blackmail me into removing my review before they would process my refund. They explicitly stated that they would only issue my money AFTER I deleted my feedback. Conditioning a consumer refund on removing an honest review is a direct violation of Trustpilot’s guidelines and consumer protection laws.
Save yourself the stress, broken contact numbers, and extortion. DO NOT BOOK WITH OWT GROUP LTD!
