Absolutely fantastic company with a…
Absolutely fantastic company with a vast array of products to suit all types and sizes of gardens. I am so delighted with my furniture and my garden is now complete. The staff are wonderful to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this great family run business.

Absolute shambolic customer service with ridiculous excuses for non delivery and zero pro active engagement with the customer. I will never buy from this company again

Excellent Customer Service
The quality of a company is not what happens when things go smoothly but when they go wrong or theres a problem.
We recently purchased a garden furniture set, which when delivered had some incorrect, yet essential elements. Contacted their aftersales team, exchanged a couple of emails, a phone call and followed with two site visits within 24 hours to identify the issue and replace the incorrect parts.
Would strongly recommend....

Would highly recommend Outdoorliving.ie
Would highly recommend this company. We bought a bistro set from them a little while ago, so we knew they were very reputable and the furniture is really good quality. We visited their showroom and were given lots of help and advice and eventually decided on the Hamilton 8 seat Oval dining set with firepit. Delivery was really quick and a big thank you to Lauren, who went above and beyond to get the delivery sorted, help us with assembly questions and provide brilliant customer service. Can't wait for the warmer weather now so we can use all our lovely new furniture.

Loving their new showroom in the Glen of the Downes, such a massive range of garden furniture, I’ve been looking for a sturdy good quality sunbed for years, they have loads to choose from, the sales assistant was so knowledgable about all their products and the customer service was above and beyond. Must bring hubby down to show him all the tables and chairs, and bbq’s, too much lovely stuff 😜, oh and Great coffee available also 👍

Pathetic customer service
Pathetic customer service! I paid almost 1000 Euro in September 2021 for a garden set of 1 table and 4 seats which were supposedly "Quality made for Irish weather" with the offer including a 1 year Guarantee. The table glass top shattered with wind we had a few days ago. When i contacted the company they asked for photos which i sent . I then recieved an emsil informing me that the warranty does not cover the table top!!! I cannot even buy a replacement off then. I was advised to contact my "local glazier"!!!

We receive manuals from all our suppliers with what is and isn't covered under the warranty and because glass is so fragile, it often isn't covered. We advise all our customer with damaged or smashed glass to go to their local glacier as it is cheaper, you will get it sooner and the delivery fee would be significantly low as the glacier is based in Ireland. To have ordered glass from our supplier would've ensued additional fee's and a minimum 12 week lead time. I must apologize if no one explained this to you or worked with you on alternative solutions because we do know that our customers pay a lot for their furniture sets from us and we try our best to ensure that we can resolve the issues at hand. Scam
Scam. They say on the website you can collect in store. You go in store and they tell you they don't have it in stock and you need to pay €59 for delivery. Go online and delivery turns out to be €69. Turns out the delivery with DHL wouldn't be nearly this high - so they're ripping customers off completely. It's a scam.

Hi there Laoch, I am really sorry that this is how you feel, but I would like to reassure you that we are not trying to scam any of our customers. At the time that you were dealing with us, we were working with DHL, and we had to have two different delivery fees for local and country orders because DHL was charging us more for those area's around the country. We have since changed third party couriers and updated our website as only stock already at our showroom is available for pick up, if it hasn't been transferred from our warehouse. We sincerely appreciate you trying to support local businesses during Covid-19 and if there is anything further I can do now to resolve the matter, then please feel free to contact me on Hayley.karra@outdoorliving.ie as I would love to know where else we could've improved on this situation. Have upped their game significantly
I had a problem dealing with this company when I bought a new BBQ in 2021. The problem was eventually sorted...and in hindsight I'm sure Covid constraints didn't help ....staff working remotely etc.,
I am pleased to share that they have taken positive steps to improve customer service and actually took the trouble to contact me recently and apologise for a problem that occurred over a year ago....together with a kind gesture.
