Bought a parasol at start of June. On August 10 it broke. The customer service was appalling. We were offered a second one at half price - not very attractive to double down my loss. We were told the wind must have blew it or it fell over. As far as I’m concerned it’s not fit for purpose. Sadly unhelpful from a store I’ve previously had good experiences

When thinking about garden furniture, I was advised by a friend to explore the Outdoor living group… it proved to be very good advice indeed. I was fortunate to speak with Orla and she guided me through the wide range of products on offer and helped me decide on what was the right size and colour furniture for my garden space…. I could not have met anyone more helpful… all in all this was a most satisfactory experience and I would like to thank Orla and all the staff for their help and kindness. I might add that the prompt delivery service ( within four days) only added to the pleasure of dealing with this company….

I purchased a 3.5m X 2.5m Aurora Prestige Awning (manual &automatic functions) from Outdoor Living. The gentleman who installed it today did a wonderful job. Its looks great attached to the back of the house and gives great cover on the patio when extended. Delighted with the purchase and installation.

I got great service from Oisin, Sean and Grainne at Horkan’s Garden Crntre today. I was looking for a small outdoor table and 2 matching garden chairs and was ably assisted in my search by both Oisin and Sean. The former did all the footwork and helped me hugely in getting my awkwardly shaped purchases into My electric car. The latter was very helpful in negotiating a decent price for the products. Grainne completed the sale very pleasantly and efficiently. A good day’s work done all round! Thank you all.

Two lovely ladies in Dunboyne could not have been more helpful for me. I was pushing a hammock and they answered all my queries. Couldn’t recommend them enough

Very poor customer service. Attitude of staff was very unhelpful and what seemed a bit snobbish when we asked for a quote. Self-important. Won’t be returning, will bring our custom elsewhere.

be more polite to customers man with lactose jumper especially, bought firepit and bottom fell out of it,lactose jumper man says its not supposed to get wet A FIREPIT!!!!outside what's the chances,so if your buying anything from this OUTDOOR LIVING place don't leave it outside, has to be the rudest man I've ever come across the only reason I gave 1 stars is because there's not a 0 star option absolutely fuming
