Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We're delighted to hear that you found the website easy to use, that your order arrived promptly as expected, and that everything was well packaged on arrival.

We’re sorry there was a mix-up with the Stove Jack initially, but it's great to know our team was able to resolve it quickly and get everything sorted with just a couple of emails. It’s especially rewarding to hear that your stove and Stove Jack are performing so well in your bell tent, keeping things warm, dry, and working exactly as intended, even through some challenging weather conditions.

We really appreciate your feedback and are pleased that your setup is proving such a success. If you ever need any advice or assistance with your camping equipment, we'd be delighted to help.

Thanks,
The Outbacker Stoves Team
