Ordered my product & it was delivered before I expected it.

I looked everywhere for 5ltr bottles of Astro turf sanitizer & cleanee & the only place I could find it was at Petslife.com

I ordered the itch and allergy Hemp oil for our bully as she was having a worse time than usual. Ordered Sun 9/6 arrived Tues 11/6. I gave her half the suggested dose (as she’s fed twice daily) with her food. Next morning she’d stopped scratching and had been quiet through the night. Over the coming days she has scratched occasionally but we are more than happy with the results a week on. For us a success and a happy dog. Will use Our Pets Life again for sure.

Ordered an expensive (£170) bird box on 9th june (Sunday) as it states free delivery on orders over £35 so I expected it to arrive by the 11th. When it didn’t arrive I emailed & it took 2 days to get a reply saying Nestera products are 7-10 day delivery. When you look at shipping info it does say this at the bottom of page but on my shop account it is showing that my order has free next day delivery so the whole thing is very misleading.
My shop account is just showing my order as ‘item ordered’ but we are now end of 17th June so 8 days after I ordered & no shipping info yet!!
I have sent numerous emails & not had a reply which is terrible customer service as it says you get a response to an email in 24-48 hours & I have waited days with no response.
I see the company’s response to another customer who had a similar problem saying it is a problem with the website stating free next day delivery but have done nothing to rectify the problem.
Now 18 June & no emails from company & on my shop account it is now showing the bird box is out of stock yet I have had NO communication from company!!
Will action a dispute with my bank

Very disappointing.
Bought a duck and goose house over a week ago for next day delivery. It still hasn't arrived and there’s no answer to my emails. I know problems occur but there’s been no communication from them.
Poor customer service.

Had delivery problem which was partly my fault but as soon as i contacted support they replied quickly and it was resolved.will definitely use again

Excellent value for money. I couldn't believe the size if the double Salmon oil pack. My little Jack Russell is usually picky about additives on her food, but she never bothered. I think the smell is attractive to her! Great quality and service, I'll definitely re-order!

I have 2 little darlings and they have delicate tums and milo gets something once or twice then doesn't want it not these peanut butter teeth chews they love love love them . Yesterday I had none left but got your message to say on there way jokingly I showed the dogs it saying the driver would be coming , when they came they went loopy even though they were boxed they knew ,2 very very happy baby's 😊

Package arrived really quickly as usual , just restocking my dogs favourite chews …. they are always in stock and they love them !

Placed an order a week ago for next day delivery, unable to track order and still received nothing!! Can’t get hold of anyone, would not recommend or order again!! Website just sends you an automated email after you try and track and then still get nothing back. DO NOT USE!!

Terrible. I have still not received my product (Hemp Oil) and have sent numerous emails and messages with no response. I am actually beginning to think this company are bogus. DO NOT USE!!!

Item not delivered yet delivery was attempted 3 times with no communication so I wasn’t at home. I now have to go to a central hub to collect my parcel . Unable to get on yodel website

The product was great, the puppies had their first bath using the shampoo and their coats feel so soft and the dog cologne smells very nice, the delivery however said ‘next day delivery’ but it came 3 days later (I was unable to track my order)
