Michelle and team were extremley honest and communicated well. They made me feel supported at the time of selling my house (as we all know selling a house isn't the easiest thing to do). The photos & advert they did of my place were extremely well done. Managed to get a great buyer within a month! I trusted them with my house keys when I moved away and I really felt like my property was in good hands. Fees were reasonable as well. The communication was good and thankfully I experienced a very positive experience and the sale went through smoothly. I recently purchased my first property which was being sold through Robert Oulsnam. All members of the Moseley team were very helpful and friendly. Their positive communication with both me and the vendor really assisted the smooth transaction.

We were kept well informed by all staff throughout the process. Every viewing was discussed with us first and an email sent to confirm. We had over a dozen viewings and when our original sale fell through, we had at least another dozen again. We have recommended them to our neighbours.
