We have recently sold our buy-to-let property through Oulsnam Estate Agents, Droitwich branch, and the whole experience has been fantastic.
We had a few estate agents come out to value the property at the beginning, but we immediately had a good feeling about Sarah from Oulsnam and felt she was the right person to market our property. We certainly weren’t wrong!

We purchased a property through Oulsnam. It was drawn out due to lender issues. Georgie was very patient and informative during the whole process. Allowing access for multiple surveys and building checks while keeping both us and the seller happy. Will definitely be using their services in the future as when Georgie wasn't available the whole team were more than happy to help.

Bromsgrove Oulsnams sold a deceased estate property.
I have used them previously and once again they exceeded expectations with professionalism, courtesy, approachability and expertise.
It is good to see the staff there do not keep changing so other than the addition of an administrator it was the same team as two years ago.

Not even worth one star! I’m writing this on behalf of my sister who I have had to physically hold to stop her having a nervous breakdown after the completion of the sale of her house by Oulsnam failed to go through. Removal van had taken the furniture, solicitors informed us the money was being transferred, so we went to the new property and awaited confirmation that the money was in my sister’s account. And waited; and waited. Solicitors finally told us that the Contract Completion had not gone through! Removal van took the furniture away; the seller of her new property was furious and Oulsnams response -“why hadn’t she dropped the keys off”. WHY would anyone relinquish the keys to their property when the sale had not gone through. Completion did go through the following day - the reason for the delay was the bank undertaking a spot check - the only reason we can think of for this was because the buyer had informed Oulsnam that he was making a significant cash deposit towards the purchase. So knowing that; and knowing that the banks scrutinise cash transactions closely, why was there no contingency in place to accommodate a potential hold up and subsequent failure to complete on the due date. No apology has been given. But they were very quick to tell her she had to release the keys as she was breaking the law by not doing so!

Sadie-Jane was proffessional, friendly and extreemly knowledgeable. She was patient and did not rush the viewing. The property was not for me but would definitely recommend Oulsnams.
