Ordered a helmet, payment went through, yet there are no news about the order. No emails, they do not pick up the phone.

I paid Purchase of AED 2,830.38 with Debit Card ending 6117 at Star SRL, Biella. Avl Balance is AED 2,938.30. Pls refer stmt for exact amt.
and got refound Dear Cardholder, a credit refund of amount of AED 2,657.18 is notified by merchant Star SRL, Biella and will be processed upon validation & receiving confirmation

They stole my money !

I bought a pair of sunglasses on August 23 and, as always with otticanet, they are not immediately available. I then contacted customer service and told them that I would have to cancel the order if they could not be delivered by September 30.
On September 12, I received a reply that another model was immediately available. So I decided to take the immediately available product and told the support so. Since then, despite several mails from my side, I have not heard anything. Last contact on September 12, so 17 days ago!!!!! Poor service, and I have not received my money back yet.

I ordered a sunglasses, and on the delivery day I received an e-mail saying that I still have to wait 20 more days after I’ve waited almost 3 weeks to receive it. I canceled the order, and they made the refund quickly.

Great experience.
Definitely when I need a new pair of glasses I’ll come back .

Ho acquistato un paio di occhiali la settimana scorsa; ho avuto un paio di problemi con il pagamento (colpa mia) e il servizio clienti si è dimostrato competente e disponibile ad ogni mia chiamata! Pacco spedito e arrivato in 3 giorni (compreso il weekend!!!). Gli occhiali sono originali, con custodia, dust bag e diversi imballaggi per non farli rovinare. Inoltre il sito offre la possibilità di pagare con bonifico, il che è molto comodo per chi, come me, non ha la carta.

The glasses were shipped from Italy so took a long time to arrive. Not complaining about that but the customer service is non-existent.
Emailed 2x and finally had to phone Cust service to get a return authorization #. Returned item by Fedex at my own expense. When I emailed and phoned 2 more times each to confirm they received the return - got no response.
Finally had to call my credit card co to reverse the charge.
Would not purchase from them again. They don’t respond to emails or answer their phones.

Had an issue with the glasses but the customer support team was happy to resolve it. Great price for the glasses less than half the price of retail.
