J'ai aimé les explications en anglais du premier formateur mais les dernières n'étaient pas claires.
Raconter des scénarios claires en tenant compte de la langue de communication des apprenants pourraient faciliter la compréhension.

The Train the Trainer training was really impactful. I am glad to have participated.

J'ai vraiment apprécié les contenus et l'élaboration du programme, c'est un plus pour ma carrière.
Par contre certaines formations ont été des séances de lecture et ne commençais pas à temps.

I had a great training experience and as a way of suggestion I will recommend that we incorporate more case studies into the training so that trainees can relate and discuss their perspectives on the case studies this will further boost learning

Vos différents documents sont riches en contenu, j'ai beaucoup appris sur mon domaine en tant que formateur de façon générale et HSE en particulier, vos méthodes d'enseignement sur les différentes plates-formes comme zoom... sont parfaits 👌, seulement mon constat sur la gestion du temps faisait un peu défaut et quant à la méthode dont vous évaluez les apprenants c'est vraiment génial 💡, sauf que ce n'est pas facile du tout 😅😄🤭

Indeed my experience has been great in that, I studied HSE as a course in my first degree, but the level of exposure and insight I had in this period of training is much more. I learnt the positive impact of AI in safety. The classes are just amazing in that it was detailed, interactive. The tutors are amazing, experienced and simple. The materials are self explanatory.
The organization is actually organized and coordinated, security conscious, passion driven and impact oriented.

Kudos to OSHA and the management

Acquiring knowledge on health and safety in our workplace is o vital area of study which I'm proud to have been part of the program for my very first time
And I can tell it's very important for our safety

Fantastic materials, simple to understand processes and very committed individuals.

OSHA has made me so very conscious of my environment, made me a critical thinker and more. I never new how hazardous an environment is, and knowing that everyone around is to work for safety not just one who has gone through training.
Ever since then my attitude towards living has changed
I want to also thank OSHA, and everyone who lectured us through this training, I was finishing getting an online course very difficult because there was nothing to teach and it would just be me alone reading a bunch of handouts that I will end up not understanding at, but after this very class I wished for more of classes like this, because if only other skills course was like this I think I would have gotten up to ten of them.

Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management:
Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental plans and procedures for all project activities, in alignment with KGM management standards.
Identify and manage all HSE risks, including both business and operational risks associated with the project.
Communicate all HSE standards, plans, and procedures to employees and contractors working on the place.
Risk Management and Incident Prevention:
Lead a risk-based model for HSE management (Lead the development and maintenance of the KGM site risk register)
Lead a culture of reporting hazards, assessment incidents, and near-miss events, ensuring these are thoroughly investigated and corrective actions are taken to prevent recurrence.
Take proactive measures in visible HSE initiatives (e.g., workplace inspections, attending HSE meetings, conducting internal audits, reporting hazards, and making behavioral observations) to imprived wide HSE performance.
Accountability and Disciplinary Actions:
Lead by example to help set the expected level of accountability and general professional conduct
Hold all personnel accountable for their HSE actions and implement appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.
Environmental Management:
Oversee environmental management programs, including monitoring, land rehabilitation, water management, waste management, and other key environmental functions.
Team Leadership and Site Operations:
Manage a lean all HSE team to ensure site-specific HSE requirements are met during operations.
Ensure all site personnel understand HSE roles and responsibilities, and are aware of performance expectations, as outlined in role descriptions and KPIs.
Effective Communication and Support:
Maintain effective communication with all personnel to ensure understanding and support for the HSE goals and aspirations
Support the development and delivery of on-the-job and external HSE training programs for relevant KGM personnel.
Training and Development:
Develop training matrices for HSE personnel, outlining key skills, development plans, and goals.
Contribute to succession planning by ensuring continuous people development within the department.

I have experience so many challenges in this platform. I learn so many things about health and safety. This has made me to understand my hazardous things in our environment. Thank you so much for all the help and support.

I was exposed to on-field scenarios during the assessment which formed a huge part of my learning during the scholarship progamme.
Also, being taught by safety experts like dr engr emmanuel was a priceless experience, indeed i am grateful for the mentorship the programme provided me and other students alike.
