Wow! I was stunned by the customer service that Bernie provided. So personalised and thoughtful, it’s a rare treat these days to encounter a warm and sensible person when making an enquiry. This was a very refreshing no quibble experience, when I had expected a lot of bother. I only had to explain my refund request once, as it was a small technicality, and Bernie resolved the issue wonderfully. Winning aftercare shopping experience. Looking forward to my next visit!

The best customer service I’ve had in a long time! I had some queries regarding the sizing of an item, sent a message and Bernie got back to me straightaway. She could not have been more helpful. It was lovely to have such a warm, personal shopping experience when so much of our lives are online nowadays. Would give more stars if I could

This company is amazing .. their Customer service is second to none.
Albeit the item wasnt quite right for me, Bernie couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you.

One of the items in one of the boxes was missing. However, it was remedied with a refund for which I am very grateful. Thank you.

Great quality and over and above customer service.

I have never had such great customer service.
IfJohn Lewis could do Oscar and Tilly!
Despite not being able to keep the lovely laptop case I’d ordered through no fault of O&T’s because the supplier had made a mistake on the size details so it didn’t fit my laptop, Berne was immediately apologetic, sent a lovely email and compensation for my purchase. Swift refund once I had returned and even updated me on the position with the supplier. Lovely company, Support local and independent like Oscar & Tilly for personal touch and lovely products.

Llovely little touches and quality items

Lovely company - I recently ordered a mug as a gift came in great packaging and with a personal note to say thank you. I also liked the extra wee touch of a luxury tea bag and coffee bag. That was really unexpected and a nice touch.

This was my second purchase from here. The items were excellent and the correspondence was quick and friendly.
I will be purchasing again when I need something

I bought some cushions from them and covers and they were absolutely great lovely service great material and the cushions look great very pleased

Delighted to find Egos felt slippers on this lovely website. I ordered them and they arrived the next day, carefully and beautifully wrapped. Highly recommend.

Ordered some wax melts, they smell amazing, delivery was fast, everything perfect

This was my second order from Oscar & Tilly, and I am absolutely delighted. Not only with the items themselves, each one more enchanting than the last, but also with Bernie's extreme kindness, availability and helpfulness. She's not just the owner of a fantastic shop – which I can't recommend highly enough – she has such a great taste in his choice of products and their presentation! – but also a wonderful, warm person who really cares about her customers.

She was extremely accommodating when it came to the slightly complicated shipping conditions, as I don't live in the UK. She knows how to make time and find the best solution.

In short... a wonderful shopping – and human –experience, which will certainly not be the last! 🤩

A heartfelt thank you to the warm-hearted Bernie, and may the lovely Oscar & Tilly shop enjoy many more years of well-deserved success!🍀✨🥰

Excellent service, exactly as described, packaged perfectly and arrived when stated what a pleasure.
