This is my second order from Oscar & Tilley, and their home delivery is superb. Ordered yesterday, and delivered today - almost unheard of these days!
The soaps I received are beautifully wrapped, and smell wonderful - even through the paper. I was intending to gift them - but I think - I will keep them for myself!!
I haven't yet unwrapped the rustic bell garland. I'm still admiring the tie bag that they came in! The little Christmas soap crackers are delightful, and just asking to be slipped in with presents.

Best customer service I have ever received
Personal note with my purchase
Love my latest purchase a LED star to hang in my window maybe a bit closer to December. Tempted to buy 2 more to hang in other windows

Quick delivery. The pumpkins are lovely and have been admired. However, I did think that they would be larger than they actually are.

Fantastic customer service as usual. The items ordered were beautifully wrapped, packaged with care and arrived promptly. The Christmas pud garland is adorable and a new addition to my decorations for this year. The other items purchased are for family gifts. I’m well under way with my Christmas shopping thanks to Oscar and Tilly and I would highly recommend this small business.

I cannot praise or recommend Oscar and Tilly enough. Lovely oven gloves and tea towel

The service provided was second to none
Absolutely brilliant company who treat you as a person not a number. The quality of the items are superb and my wife and I both loved them. They provide value for money which is very welcome at this time. From my experience I could not rate them highly enough, and if I could have given more than 5 stars without hesitation. If only all companies operated like this. Well done.
