First off the shoes took FOREVER to arrive. When I tried to track my order I never could get any information on this. Finally did receive the shoes (which were a two pair special when ordered) they arrived in a thin plastic bag with Chinese style markings all over. The shoes are not your typical American standard sizing as they run SMALL. I contacted the OrthoWalk company with difficulty to find out how to return for full if not satisfied as advertised. Finally got a response from a "Mr. Oliver in Support Team" who gave me the run around making me take pictures of the item including all labels and shipping bag to (I guess) prove it was their product? I complied and then get a response telling me what good quality and pricing they provide and that I should just "give the shoes to family or friends" and they would, "as a courtesy give me a 15% refund". I spent $75 on the shoes that they just want me to "give away" and apparently not receive ANY TYPE OF REFUND . . are you kidding!!! I am in the process of DEMANDING that I receive a FULL REFUND back onto my credit card, but "Mr. Oliver in Support Team" said I will have to pay for the return postage. I told "Mr. Oliver" I would be willing to do this, but as of this date "Mr. Oliver" will not give me directions or the correct address to send them back to. I would advise anyone NOT TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM OrthoWalk. They do not honor their claims of guarantee returns if not satisfied. Very unhappy with this product and completely dissatisfied with their return policy. Just a warning . . . BUYER BEWARE!!!
