Excellent service from start to finish. Cannot recommend highly enough. Helpful from the initial quote to the booking in and delivery of materials. Home was left clean and tidy at the end of each day and very respectful of other rooms when carrying stuff in and out. Cannot fault anything and now have a beautifully stunning ensuite.

I’m glad I chose this company to fit my shower room. The fitter worked hard leaving no mess and although it took a bit longer than expected through unforeseen circumstances I’m delighted with the end result.

My bathroom and en-suite were completed in June. The team worked really well to design, source and fit the two rooms for a reasonable price.
Ian worked so hard to produce stunning rooms and informed me about the fit at all times.He suggested some ideas to improve the end results. Very pleased with the outcome and all my friends are very jealous.

Contacted Orrell bathrooms regarding updating our en suite, Simon and Matt organised everything for us,from planning to installation nothing was to much trouble. They were very professional in their approach and listened to what we wanted to be done. The removal and installation went smoothly from the first day the skip got delivered to the final day. Our fitter was Ian and you couldn’t ask for a more professional person,his workmanship was exceptional.Ian was very pleasant to deal with and informed us each day what he expected to complete never leaving a mess.The final results were beyond our expectations,can’t thank all the team from Orrell bathrooms enough

From first deciding Orrell heating was the company to do the job everything was first class.From designing our bathroom to starting the job was excellent.We were lucky to have Jamie doing the work.A master of all trades from plumbing to plastering he did a fantastic job.All the finishings were done to a high spec Thank you Orrrell bathrooms and Jamie for giving us a bathroom to be enjoyed for years.

Jordan is very friendly and knowledgeable and gave guidance and came back with advice and a price as it would have to be an electrician not him that would need to sort the problem. We have had Jordan a few times and would highly recommend him, a good team member.

Discussions and quote on site from Dave prior to job was done quickly, efficiently and fully explained. Kris sorted out the electrics prior to installation of pump and shower. Job was then carried out on arranged date, done efficiently and in a friendly manner by Jordan who was thorough and answered any queries which we had. Happy customers.

Excellent from start to finish!! From initial contact, the process was fluent, no stone left unturned ,never left wondering, regular contact from all parties involved, liked the idea they were always there if you needed them . On visit to showroom guided impeccably by Simon on design and to reach our desired goal, we made the right choice! Beautiful bathroom at a beautiful price, work took place within 1 week and completed in 10 Days! Fitter (mine was named Jamie, what can I say...polite, professional, very hard working (worked like a trojan), always left the place tidy on leaving (godsend, we all know/experienced untidy workmen, well i have.....Regular checks from the Orrell teams throughout. End result fantastic, we are so pleased with the end result and so grateful for the service we received, would I use them again, YES, would I recommend them...YES! Thank you team ORRELL.

Great bathroom for a good price. 2 wk start date delay did cause us a few problems due to our toilet not flushing properly and waiting the extra two wks for our bathroom work to start.
Once David, plumber, was back in after paternity leave he was very hardworking and transformed our bathroom completely. We are very happy with the result. Thank you.

Orrell plumbing installed a dangerous and unusable wet room in our home. Works were arranged for the first week of December 2023, and we were told it would take two weeks. They were still working on it in January 2024. Some days, they didn’t even turn up to the job, and were unreachable most of the time.

In the final week of January 2024, my leg went through shower drain and ceiling below, pouring blood and water everywhere in our kitchen. A trip to A&E and scans were needed. It is only through quick reaction that my leg was not broken. I have been left with scars to my right leg. There was water damage to the kitchen below which required the floor to be replaced twice. The kitchen ceiling was poorly repaired and also had to be done twice. They even managed to damage the brickwork outside the house with poor pipework and slapped a bunch of cement on the wall.

Orrell Plumbing promised they would repair all damages, but each repair failed and left us with a dangerous and unusable wetroom. Dave himself supervised these poor repairs. The tiles on the floor are moving and the grout has mostly come away. We have since been quoted up to £10,000 to repair the wetroom. Orrell Plumbing is still avoiding responsibility two and a half years later.

I’ve recently had both a bathroom and boiler replacement done and honestly I can’t rate you guys highly enough! From my initial enquiry, Simon was so quick to respond, I had plans designed the next day and the full works completed within 3 weeks! Jordan did an amazing job with the boiler and his work is so neat! Jamie did our bathroom and he is such a hard worker. Everyone was on time each day And the quality of the work is unreal. The whole job has made such a difference to our home. 10/10

From the initial phone call to home visit we received nothing but care and attention. The agreed date was kept with the brilliant team of lads who really do graft and leave everywhere spotless afterwards. Always prompt in the morning and do a full day of hard but quality work. I have absolutely nothing but praise for their efforts and would recommend them highly to anyone.
