Absolutley amazing results in the bathroom. Very efficient and the attention to detail is very apparent. Jamie the fitter was a lovely person. Would recommend Orrell heating and plumbing in every aspect of the process. Lovely staff at every bit of the process.

I've used orrell heating for several years and they have never failed to provide a great service, from the ladies at the end of the phone to the engineers doing the work. They keep you well informed.

He was very experinced with the job he did, He was telling me how things worked.
He altered the pressure also checked that everything was working.
I found the whole company very helpful, and thank you for reminding me that i needed a Service.

Orrell Heating &Plumbing made it for us to change our details due to moving home. On the second day of our move, a heating engineer came to fully check and service the boiler / heating system.
The annual service plans offered by them are very reasonable and recommended.

I thought OH&P ltd where excellent and they managed to reschedule things in order to come out and help me in an emergency when my boiler started leaking.
Jordan is a sound friendly engineer aswell.
The price was reasonable too, so i would definitely recommend them!

Just had our bath replaced with a walk in shower, the advice given by Simon was excellent. The lads arrived and the work was completed in 3 days. New shower, sink and toilet unit. Everywhere was kept tidy and the work was completed to a really high standard. I can thoroughly recommend Orrell Plumbing and Heating, in fact I already have to 2 customers at my work.

Had a pump replaced on my water tank today by Orrell Heating and Plumbing. They turned up as planned did a great job very prompt and left my home clean and tidy as they always do.

Had a new boiler installed by Jordan from Orrell plumbing and heating, 10 out 10 for politeness, workmanship and explanation of the job, also very tidy. David Highton MD came out and personally fixed a couple of small problems I had re my old system, all fixed quickly and efficiently, very professional service from all the team, would highly recommend the company. 5 stars for everything.

From the first visit to design of 2 x bathrooms to full supply and installation, the service was first class. I cannot praise them highly enough. Stephen the installer was a perfectionist who ensured we were happy throughout.

Just had our Annual Boiler Service done yesterday with Jordan.
Since relocating to this area as relative strangers in 2021.. and choosing Orrell to do our complete Bathroom re-fit and additional Plumbing and Heating update which was required at the property...we have used them ever since.
As a local firm based in Shevington, they are extremely Competent, Efficient, Knowledgeable, Punctual, Friendly and Courteous, Clean Tidy.. and definitely go the "extra mile" for their customers.
Our experience with them has been a very good one, and I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Dave, Jordan and the whole team ..also Amanda in the office.

Was quoted price without Vat I would not have agreed to work if I was made aware of the total cost for 5 minutes work.

Not my first time using this company and will definitely not be my last. From the initial site visit from Dave, to receiving the quote and appointment via text, to the completion of the job - I simply cannot fault them. Jordan came to put me a brand new boiler in and couldn’t have been more professional. Sheeted up, kept everywhere clean, and gave me a full run down of how the new control panel worked. Great price, great job, great lads. 10/10. Thanks fells.
