Orion Home Improvements Anmeldelser

The Orion Team were wonderful. From the office to the hands on professionals.
I had windows, doors and a bespoke conservatory built. 'Delighted'was the word to describe the way I felt with the finished result! I met over 10 lovely men in the company and they all travelled a long distance for the project and worked in cold weather conditions. I
was treated with respect.
The Office staff were polite and helpful. I recommend this team 100%. A big thank you from me!

After my conservatory was completed, it was even better than I imagined. I like it very much. The employees in each department gave me good suggestions. It is a trustworthy company. Thank you Paul, Richard and all.

The 2 guys worked hard and did a very good job. They tidied up afterwards and “handed over” the two doors making sure we were happy with them .
The after sales service was quick, courteous and efficient whilst arranging a visit for minor adjustment to the handles and locks.
I would definitely recommend Orion

Richard from Orion Windows came to replace the sealed units in our French Doors that were purchased 2020. Great after sales support, very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend Orion Home Improvements.

Great service from start to finish. Quality product fitted quickly and professionally. Good follow up. We were kept very well informed with times and dates etc. Highly recommended.

FULFILLING THEIR PROMISED GUARANTEE IS AN EXCELLENT ASPECT OF OUR PURCHASE

We had fabulous assistance/advice from making our initial enquiry to moving into our new home

Nothing seemed too much trouble.handover from colleagues was seamless and we felt able to tell of any anxieties( some were trivial ) Never felt like this
Imelda Melanie and Jess felt like family
Nearing moving date Simon the site foreman was and still is easily approachable listened and answered our queries putting a plan in place and resolving items seamlessly

Our home is perfect .we are very proud indeed

My husband would speak of the finish and how well things have been done

I appreciate all of this but to me for it to feel like our home as soon as we walked in was and still is wonderful

The people working on site were always easy to speak to and very thoughtful at all times

I couldn't recommend Orion more highly and the team of people working for them
Thank you

Over the moon with my graphite French doors from Orion, they look stunning. Had a couple of small niggles but cannot fault the customer service I have received. Had to have one sealed unit replaced as there were streaks between the glass but these weren’t noticed until the sun shone. No problem having it replaced, was done within the week. Definitely recommend this company 💯 %

It took a long while for a person to come after we were told a part had to be ordered. It had been in the shop a few weeks and we were not informed, we had to ring and inquire ourselves

Great engineer arrived to fix window handle and back door knee exactly what he was doing fixed window first now works great then onto our back door that had stoy shutting properly now works like new. The Engineer was very efficient and clean worker took his boots off outside, what more could I ask for great experience thanks Orion

Excellent service from start to finish. The engineer rang to say when he would arrive and then explained everything and was completed work quickly and efficiently.

We received a follow up call to check if everything was rectified and to ensure we were happy with the service.

We waited a while for the glass to be delivered, but when it arrived the two men that fitted it were fast, efficient and no mess. They cleaned the glass aswell.

Excellent company , good communication with customers. I have recently had a small repair done that was covered by the guarantee , another good experience of quality workmanship and good customer service.

Great communication throughout and after care is superb. I have been using them in my properties for over 23 years and would go no where else !

Great service from the whole team from initial contact to follow up call post fitting
