Amazing Products and Service
I’ve been a customer of Orion Windows for over 10 years and their quality and service have always been excellent. The products are top notch, reliable, and built to last. Recently, a handle broke on my bi-fold doors — even though it was out of warranty, Orion replaced it free of charge. That level of customer care is rare and really shows their commitment to looking after customers. Brilliant products, brilliant service — highly recommended.

Superb quality and customer service
I chose Orion because of their size and because their product range looked to offer the style I required.
We had a back door, 8 windows and a patio door made and fitted. We asked them to match the specific style of our old wooden windows and they did a superb job.
Communication was excellent from sales and customer service and everything went smoothly.
The fitters were a bit scruffy which I raised with customer service as I didn’t feel this reflected their brand, however this didn’t affect the quality of their work and apparently new work clothing has been supplied since.
All in all we are so pleased with the windows and doors, especially the stunning patio door - they’ve brought a tired 1990s house into the current decade!

A job well and much appreciated!
What was delivered to Ros and me was precisely what we ordered at the outset. The quality of both the product (materials) and the human input was excellent. The work was completed on time, as per schedule. The men who carried out the work took pride in the latter. For example, they polished the glass, removing inevitable smears and finger marks. They worked hard during the time they were here and there was no "bad language" or laddish messing around or horseplay! You probably think I'm a bit old-fashioned in making this point; but from my perspective it's a sign that the company has high standards; and I value that!
Also, I'm certain the money was well-spent and will undoubtedly have added value to our home..

We're very happy with our replacement conservatory roof - changing from a polycarbonate to a hybrid solid/glass roof. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly.
The work schedule was clearly and accurately planned and finished on time.

Sub-standard salesman
Our surveyor and installers were a dream. Although, the salesman fell below any standard we had expected. We had the most bizarre experience. Every product in which we expressed an interest, was either "not right" for us, or was "big bucks" and far too expensive for us. We pushed ahead and chose the products we had our eye on from the beginning. We believe that the salesman took offence to us going against his advice for our home because later down the line, the surveyor revealed a completely different product and window layout when we came to finalise the fittings. It was clearly a pathetic attempt to sabotage our renovation project. We were gobsmacked. The differing products included the wrong colours, and incorrect window placements - which would effectively ruin our view to the garden. Thanks to the surveyor, we rectified everything and got the windows and external door we wanted. They do offer finance, although we were cash buyers so we had no need for this route. It's such a shame that one person has ruined our experience of what should have been part of an exciting house renovation project.

After sales service
Orion’s maintenance man came to adjust our door handle which had been sticking. He turned up on time and fixed the problem without fuss. At my request, he also checked the other door and one of our windows. We bought our doors and windows over five years ago from Orion and the back up service has been first class, even after the change of ownership. Reliable, efficient and pleasant. Many thanks, John

Orion conservatories are excellent
We have had 2 excellent well designed conservatories ( we moved home 5 years ago). Both have been without any faults except for one large double glazing unit that went misty after 5 years and they quickly came out and replaced it without charge! An excellent company with very helpful and friendly staff. I would strongly recommend them.

Composite doors fitted nearly eight years ago. Problem with locking mechanism developed. One phone call, immediate confirmatory ring back and then engineer came and fixed the fault - all within one week.
Excellent service.

AVOID. Quick but poor workmanship and terrible customer service.
The response I've had from this company has been nothing short of shambolic. InItially the response was quick and we were booked in for two new windows. However, this is when the problems started.
The first two workers turned up stinking of weed and proceeded to fit the windows in such a way where we couldn't open them and they did not clean up after themselves. After this, we had to chase the company repeatedly to get someone to refit them. They sent someone else out who admitted the work was unacceptable and refitted the windows.
Fast forward two years and the window fittings are falling apart and due to being incorrectly fitted, they let in a large draft. I've called Orion to have someone come out to check them and once again, they admitted the work was shambolic and they would fix it. Moving onto appointment day and the bloke turned up saying he only had an hour, hadn't been briefed on the job and couldn't do it. I've chased Orion multiple times for someone to come out and each time I received a partial answer of they'll get back to me. Two months later and I've heard nothing. Absolute shambles of a company. Quick fitting but poor workmanship and customer service.
In comparison, we went to square deals who fitted our other windows with minimal fuss and made a great job. Would recommend switching here.
Orion, if anyone is reading this, please call me back. Let's get this shambles sorted and end our unhappy experience together.

A service visit has been arranged to address the outstanding aesthetic issues, including internal re-sealing and external repointing. These works will be carried out as a gesture of goodwill and are scheduled for 19 June 2025.
We also noted moisture present on the inside of the window reveal, which appears to be due to a leaking cast downpipe directly outside. The external brickwork is visibly damp, and we would strongly recommend having this reviewed and repaired to prevent further issues in the future.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to resolving the matter during the upcoming visit.

Slightly lacking
Products and fitters from Orion (conservatory and full window replacement) have always been great, but customer service response is now poor. Long delays in getting any response and you need to chase multiple times to try get anywhere. The use of a generic online form rather than a dedicated email only appears to exacerbate the delays.
