Rang re problem with a door , very helpful young lady booked us straight in for a fitter to come . Text night before to inform us of expected arrival time . He was on time , very knowledgeable and fixed the problem.

Chose for honesty
After getting different companies to quote us for a new conservatory, (April 2026) we chose Orion as they were honest and their showroom was nearer to us. Initially we were thinking of fully tiled roof. Orion were the only company who suggested doing a test dig to check current footings. Turned not to be deep enough. Due to budget we had to go with an upgraded polycarbonate roof instead. After surveyor visit, manufacture of the conservatory (7 weeks) and arranging a suitable date for fitting (and avoiding rain), we had the worked carried out within 2 days. (June 2026). The guys who came were professional and thorough. Unfortunately we had to leave them to finish up on the last day so we couldn't do a full check with them. On our return we realised the door wasn't closing properly. After 3 engineer visits to try fix it was finally sorted. We then noticed, in certain day light, there were finger prints inside one of the large window units. After a quick email to HO( inc photos) they arranged a new unit. All done very quickly and re fitted.
We can now say the new conservatory is 100% better than our old leaky drafty one. Thank you Orion

Orion windows have been excellent
Orion windows have been excellent. They fitted our windows 7 years ago and have been true to their service guarantee. We have had a couple of minor problems such as windows misting and the hinges on our patio doors tarnishing and all have been replaced promptly and free of charge. Customer service staff and the engineers have been so helpful.

Beautiful large kitchen Windows
My elderly mother has recently had new large kitchen windows installed by Orion Windows. As her daughter and carer I helped to sort this out; making sure she had chosen what she wanted and Orion Windows made this so easy.
My mother can find jobs being done in her house stressful but with Orion Windows, their service was so professional and caring I cannot fault the whole 'new kitchen window journey'.
The Designer, Surveyor and Fitter were very polite and friendly. Messages and phone calls were all very clear. My Mum was involved and the company clearly understood the situation.
The Fitter of the windows was incredibly hard working and worked through the intense heat of a very hot summer day.
My Mum now has lovely new top quality kitchen windows, which has made such a difference to her bungalow.
I would definitely recommend Orion Windows to anyone thinking of changing their windows.

Helpful, professional and friendly from when we first visited the showroom at Clifton Moor right through to installation. This was only a ONE (tricky) window replacement but we were treated as if we were having the whole house done.

A Great Experience from Quotation to Installation.
We needed to replace a rotten wood front porch. We had 4 quotes from 4 companies . Orion windows was not only the most competitive but they built us a beautiful replacement EXACTLY as we wanted . The fitters fitted it in one day and took away all the old one .Polite and efficient throughout.

I would like to give a higher score
I would like to give a higher score, the product is good. However the service from some of the people when things went wrong left much to be desired. People kept apologising profusely and promising to set it all right, and then became hard or impossible to contact. There felt to be little coordination or communication within the company. Delays were all due to the manufacturers (which are another division of the same company). The salesman admitted that he had misled us on the '20 year guarantee for everything', which turns out to be heavily bracketed with caveats - this is hidden in the extensive contract which we had to sign. Another feature of the contract was the overall clause that basically says 'anything goes wrong, it isn't our fault'. When things did go wrong all we got were apologies, not even a bunch of flowers for the four month delay to put it right.

Efficient, friendly and no phones.
The team arrived and immediately set to work. We were surprised at the speed and efficiency of the installation team. They were clean and efficient. Most of all they were friendly and considerate. Nobody spent time on their phone. A first for us.

From the start of this project.When Carl created exactly what i wanted, with a few of his tweaks in the comfort of my home & did exactly what i wanted it's perfect & at a price that I could afford. Planning wasn't needed with having a glass roof. All the workmen worked really hard in their own field Mark & his 2 sons did amazing brickwork it marries in with my house perfectly. Damon & his assistant fitted the windows & doors in no time at all. Peter the plasterer worked so hard with no breaks for 2 days fitting the plasterboard 1 day, & plastering the next. Matthews assistant from MLB electrics managed the electric spotlights,sockets etc. It all started really well, but got delayed when doing the flooring.

Excellent service for minor repair!
New windows and external doors a couple of years ago. Very happy with the product and the installation.
However, an external vertical piece of trim at the corner of the rectangular bay window had somehow got loose, perhaps by a gust on a very stormy day.
I pushed it back and wedged it to stop it flapping, then popped into Orion's office and reported it. The fitter turned up exactly when arranged, and refixed it solidly (first displacing a fat spider who had taken up residence.).
