I have three jigsaws from this company. Each is full of detail and absorbing to make. I ordered "O Holy Night" a few days ago and have really enjoyed making it and studying the images and text. Hours of pleasure!

Although received the latest jigsaw a few weeks ago, only opened it to start today. Really surprised to find a handwritten note and a Christmas tree ornament as a gift of thanks, so unexpected and lovely surprise! Have started tonight and it is of the same great quality and looking forward to getting into it. Love receiving these jigsaws, they come so beautifully packaged. The Original Jigsaw Co. provide quality jigsaws - the pieces are sufficiently different shapes to provide a definite "that piece, and no other, goes there". The jigsaw pictures are different to the twee, unamusing pictures that many other jigsaw companies provide.
The jigsaw pieces are sufficiently thick so as to be providing definite placement and the pieces are still in good condition after many rebuilds.
If they, and all jigsaw suppliers, could improve anything I'd suggest having the option to have logo and supplier name-free packaging for when the jigsaws are gifts and might be seen by would-be recipients.

Bought as gifts so not assembled yet but, delivery and contact very smooth. Thank you.

Website is a pleasure to use unlike others. The packaging is enviromentally friendly and love the cotton bag to keep the puzzle in. The puzzles and artwork are so unusual and I Can't wait to start doing the puzzle.
