Beautiful jigsaws and fantastic customer

Received for Christmas - Inventions that Changed the World. Fantastic details and quality. Finished it today after several days of intense jigsawing !

I bought the "Thank you for the music" puzzle for my eldest and she loved it. We had fun spotting all the artists from clues or in iconic poses. It was a uniting experience, with family members pitching in with their favourite songs and memories. So many genres featured in over 200 artists. If I was being petty, I would have loved to see some Ska represented, but there's only so much you can fit into a puzzle, I'm sure.
We loved that there was a Spotify play list to go with the puzzle-genius! We had a fun sing along and dance. My daughter is a jigsaw lover and this one was her best yet. What an original puzzle, providing hours of fun! Will totally recommend.

What an amazing company.
I found them through social media and placed my order. It arrived quickly and I got started right away. I honestly cannot remember ever enjoying putting a puzzle together so much. The quality and size is excellent and the imagery is amazing.
I will be ordering again in the new year.

Well what can I say what a wonderful company. My Dad was completing their Jigsaw "Thank You Ma'am" when unfortunately he passed away. I made the decision to finish it on his behalf so that we could share the jigsaw amongst family to form part of his memory. Unfortunately their was 2 pieces missing so I contacted Ben whom was really helpful and sympathetic. He managed to find my order, contacted Katie whom send me the missing pieces. It is now complete and I have passed it on to a family member. I will certainly be using your company again for future purchases and recommending you to family and friends - thank you so much x

The care and attention that this young company show towards their clients is remarkable and even though my order is not yet delivered they have get me informed all the way. Can’t wait to see the product and would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I made a mess of my order by hitting buy before I’d loaded the second jigsaw I wanted, into my basket. So I ended up placing two orders and paying two lots of postage. My mistake but I thought I’d email Original Jigsaw and had an email back, in minutes, on a Sunday no less! to say no problem, they’ll merge them together and refund me one lot of postage. Brilliant customer service.

I ordered and received four jigsaws and am delighted with them. Three of them are for Christmas gifts and I’m sure the recipients will be just as pleased as I am. I can hardly wait to open and begin making up mine! The pictures are intricate and interesting and the quality is superior to any jigsaw I’ve had in the past, and the personal service from Ben, James and Rachael has been over and beyond the usual customer service. Strongly recommended—an excellent small business. Thank you!
