My Christmas present was missing a piece and had a couple of extra pieces included so I dropped them a note over the weekend.
I was amazed to get a reply Sunday evening apologising profusely, asking for more information so that they could investigate further, and offering either a refund, a replacement or a new jigsaw.
I felt that was really generous - it was just one piece missing, which could probably be replaced. I opted for a new jigsaw which was promptly dispatched and I'm pleased to say all pieces are there!
My complaint was handled by Ben in customer services. We've exchanged a few emails now and he's always responded quickly, positively, politely and nothing has been too much trouble for him.
And the jigsaws are great too. The pieces fit together really well so you know when you've got it right (and when you haven't)

Our family love jigsaws. Sadly my choice for Christmas (the David Attenborough one) was one some of them had already done. With the minimum of fuss after a couple of quick emails with Ben, the jigsaw was exchanged in record time for another 1000 piece one. What a service! And, of course, the jigsaws are a cut above in terms of design, quality and beautiful packing in a calico bag. What's not to like?

I had issues with my first order that took a while to resolve. However, I must say that the customer service was first class. Nice to deal with a customer centred company that supplies such high quality puzzles.

This relates to the purchase of the Kings and Queens of England jigsaw which I got for my wife for Christmas.

She is pleased with the detail and interest after starting it in the last few days - still some way to go!

I like the inclusion of the fact sheet - small touch, but nice thought.

There was a bit of disappointment when for some reason some of the picture peeled away from the base leaving some 'bald' pieces.

However, after emailing them they resolved the problem within 24 hours and sent us a replacement puzzle, as well as some additional acts of kindness.

One becomes somewhat jaded by trying to resolve issues with other bigger companies where customer service means being stuck on a phone for 2 hours, so it's heartening to see quality customer service that recognises that a happy customer is more likely to be a repeat customer, and goes above and beyond to fix things if they go awry (as they sometimes do).

Great customer service when we needed to exchange a duplicate gift. These jigsaws are great fun and create a talking point when completed as a group. Finishing So Long 2025 on New Year's Day was a great start to 2026. We will buy many more of your jigsaws in future. Thank you!

The first jigsaw was lost in the Royal Mail post so a replacement was sent out immediately. So 10/10 for customer service. The jigsaw itself was so much fun to do, very well made, a fabulous design and in great packaging.

I’ve had two puzzles so far and they’ve been epic!

It’s clear the love and attention to detail that’s gone into them which is really important when like me your rubbish at puzzles and will therefore be spending 10 hours looking at it 😂

This is the third jigsaw I have purchased from The Original Jigsaw Company and I am delighted to report its even better than the first two. " The great barrier reef" as well as being beautifully illustrated with vibrant colours has a matt velvet finish. As well as being very tactile it also eliminates the problem of light reflecting off the surface of the puzzle. Why no one has thought of these before is mad. Genius.

I have thoroughly enjoyed completing the All Things Christmas jigsaw. I am VERY fussy about the quality and details of jigsaws and this one is fantastic. I like puzzles with little of no sky or sea but with lots content. I am about to start The Show Must Go On and can’t wait. The only problem is walking away from the jigsaw once I have started it. They are very compulsive!! Thank you for such great jigsaws. I will be ordering again very soon.

This is a fantastic company! The puzzle itself was so fun, so creative and my family loved doing it furthermore, the actual quality of the puzzle was amazing, it connected together perfectly and the pieces are lovely

What a fantastic company and great service! It's great dealing with actual people for a change. They couldn't have been more helpful. Their jigsaws are fun with lots of added interest details. Packaging is ethical and takes up far less space than traditional jigsaw boxes. I'll definitely be back for more.

My partner hasn’t started the jigsaw yet but I wanted to leave a review to talk about the buying experience. I saw quite a few adds for the company on the lead up to Christmas and loved what I saw, especially the theatre themed jigsaw ‘the show must go on’. I knew this would be the perfect gift for my partner as we go to London every year to watch theatre and she loves a jigsaw! Unfortunately cause I’m a silly boy, I kept forgetting to actually buy the jigsaw 😅
When I did go to buy it, it was out of stock! Long story short, after a few messages on Instagram and via Email I managed to order the jigsaw and they got it out to me in time for Christmas!!! Not only was it extremely generous and kind for them to sort that out for me but genuinely the correspondence from the team was probably the nicest/most helpful that I’ve ever encountered from a company.

I’ve no doubt the jigsaw will be fantastic and I’ll leave a review when we complete it but for the service alone I 100% recommend and am excited to buy more in future.

I bought the David Attenborough jigsaw as a Christmas present for my wife, and it is a fabulous puzzle. Sufficiently difficult to occupy a for many hours, and with detailed and intricate design, it is a truly satisfying challenge. The included interestng facts adds an extra element of enjoyment as well.

There was a small manufacturing problem, with a few pieces delaminating from the base. Contacting the Original Jigsaw company about this has been where they would have earned a 6th star if that was an option. They responded within a few hours, and after a brief email exchange, are sending a replacement. This is the kind of customer service that sets companies like this apart from their competitors.
I can definitely recommend the Original Jigsaw company to everyone.

Have just spent two very enjoyable days doing the All Things Christmas puzzle . Great illustration and fun allusions built in . Also really good experience when buying puzzle which came really promptly . Will definitely buy another puzzle from them

Absolutely excellent customer service by receiving personal attention to my order. Had several jigsaws ordered including a pre-order and as that was delayed slightly, advised plus given options re delivery of rest of order. As I in turn was sending on as gifts which I replied, to save my stress (how many companies think of customer stress at this time of year?!) every effort made to get order to me as soon as possible. Really impressed by the updates received. Trust my gift recipients will be as well pleased.
