Good service... Fabulous rates on offer... Delivered what was committed. The area of improvement can be getting a little more technology involved while submitting the documents.

As well as home delivery option makes it more better and it's also good everything can be done on online portal

Was made to wait 20 minutes in the…

Was made to wait 20 minutes in the counter with no one attending the counter. Took 1 hour from office for this and got delayed.

Reliable Doorstep Forex

I recently used the door delivery service from Orient Exchange for foreign currency purchase, and the experience was excellent. The entire process was very smooth and hassle-free.

Earlier, I used to visit their branch directly for currency exchange, but this service is much more convenient. The best part is that they offer the same exchange rate as the branch, with only a ₹100 delivery charge, which is completely worth it. If you visit the branch directly, there can sometimes be delays depending on the token queue, so home delivery saves a lot of time and effort.

The rates were also better compared to many other online currency exchange services I checked. Overall, a very reliable and convenient service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for foreign currency exchange with doorstep delivery.

I had experience with the mumbai malad…

I had experience with the mumbai malad branch of orient express and i must admit the service has been amazing, very quick and reliable and i received my currency within a day. Staff were polite and delivery service was also great.
