Poor handling of Forex dealing by Orient Exc6
1)I have been dealing with Orient since 2024 but this time I had a bitter experience with their Hyderabad branch.. Their employee by name Sekhar started presuming that their auditor in the next audit may question the source of funds for purchasing the FOREX , so he wanted the bank account statement showing this particular entry to enable him to release the Forex. If that is the case, why they are taking a declaration that the funds are from the account of the purchaser and not from others account. The burden and risk is on the person giving declaration. If Orient is so much afraid to sell even a small amount of 300 Euros , then how can they handle bigger Forex deals?
2) Another mischief done by Orient is that they themselves write a higher amount of Forex purchased by the customer and putting the customer in a wrong spot before RBI and other agencies. In my case , this is the first purchase done for Rs. 33,722 (330 Euros) and I never bought Forex in the current FY before. But one Ms R Supriya (Emp Id 1304) writes in the declaration , with wrong intentions on my behalf that already Forex was purchased before for Rs. 55,400.07, whereas , while submitting the online application to Orient , I clearly declared that no Forex was purchased before during the current FY... I am totally upset with ORIENT EXCHANGE.
