Worst service
Worst service.
When even you visit Basavanagudi Center, minimum 1hr they will make you to wait . Token system is useless.
And I returned my Singapore currency and it’s a been 5days , still amount not returned. Always keep giving excuses.
Staffs always fights within themselves and not at all responsible.
Never choose orient for foreign currency. Look for other provider in market .
Orient exchange is no more recommended

The customer care kept lieing about…
The customer care kept lieing about delivery timings i waited whole 2 days for delivery of currency. I called them so many times and every time they were postponing the delivery. Telling me to wait without giving me proper reasoning.It was a very bad experience for me.

You should maintain separate counter or priority for the online booking, because we book online so that there will be no documentation time or anything at the centre. Making wait the online booking, then there is no point in spending time to book online
