My experience with Orchard was truly outstanding. Before contacting Orchard, we had several frustrating and honestly disheartening experiences with local realtors. From the moment April came into the picture through Orchard in the Austin, TX area, it was a complete 180 in both our selling and buying journey.
After dealing with so much poor communication from previous realtors, having April felt like such a relief. She was always there when we needed her, and on the rare occasion she didn’t have an immediate answer, she went above and beyond to find it and guide us through every detail. It meant so much to feel heard, supported, and never alone throughout the process.
April communicated exceptionally well and kept us updated immediately with any news. She was quick to respond, always honest, and completely transparent every step of the way. We never once felt pressured into making any decisions, which was incredibly important to us, especially after feeling so discouraged from our past experiences. Deceptive hiring practices, in my opinion, they don't care about people, only the bottom line... we had a death in the family over Christmas and nobody even asked how I was doing...

I cannot speak to how this brokerage Operates in terms of buying or selling a home. However, this property was for rent and they were the brokerage managing it. To put it shortly to those looking to rent, if this name is on the listing, DO NOT BOTHER. We met with ROBYN TAYLOR in the North Houston/Spring area and viewed a beautiful former model home available for rent. The showing went well, Robyn presented well. We filled out applications on the spot and paid $50 each with assurances of responses within 48 hours. 9 days later, countless emails, texts, and calls having gone unanswered, we were given a simple letter of denial. The only explanation - lack of information. How do you deny someone for lack of information after 9 days of silence? No communication of anything missing which we would have happily provided. It’s a mystery what was missing since we filled both apps completely. We were up front about our timeline and that we were looking to move in within the next 3 weeks due to expiring leases. At one point we were told the delay was due to high applicant volume. Had we been made aware of that we would have made a different offer other than the standard 12 month at the price they were looking for in order to stand out as applicants. Even prorated our move in. But the only information we were given was “we’ll follow up in 48 hours”. It was an extremely disappointing experience to say the least and we will never do business with this firm, and we will advise anyone searching for their next home to do the same.

Ashley Rangel was my realtor and helped me sell my house. She is so professional. She checks up on you and make sure you’re not stressed in anyway. She took care of everything. I’m in a whole different state and it worked so smoothly. The closing was awesome. I have owned several homes and sold several homes and this process was the smoothest I’ve ever had.

We worked with Tammie Fischer both selling and buying a home and we can’t say enough good things about her. We would work with her again in a heartbeat. Before listing our house we interviewed three different realtors that we liked. Each of them gave us a recommendation for listing and what they thought we could actually close at. We chose Tammie because she seems the most professional and experienced and she didn’t disappoint. We were under contract on the sale of our house 12 days after listing when the market average was about 47 days and we closed the deal higher than the other realtors recommended us list(even after seller concessions). THATS REAL VALUE!

During the negotiations she advocated for us constantly(sometime a little more than we felt comfortable with which we appreciated). She brought her expertise to the table and we ended up with more money in our pocket in a meaningful way. We’ve worked with multiple good real estate agents in the past and she is truly professional at what she does.
Realtors aren’t cheap. Tammie was worth every penny on both the buying and the selling side of the table!

I am sharing my experience to document concerns related to the management of showings during the listing of my home with Orchard.

An incident occurred in which an agent, Ceira Hyde, entered my property without authorization. In addition, several showings took place outside of the requested and approved schedule, with some viewers arriving earlier or later than permitted. These situations raised concerns regarding access control and adherence to established showing protocols.

Throughout the process, I experienced limited oversight of property access. Showings were not consistently regulated, and there was a lack of clear enforcement regarding scheduled entry times. Additionally, feedback from showings was often missing or incomplete. I frequently received empty reports, which made it difficult to assess buyer interest or make informed decisions about the listing.

Overall, this experience highlighted gaps in communication, documentation, and oversight related to property access and post-showing feedback.

I reached out over a year ago just to get the info, and they set me up with Jack Debutts to help me. Jack was extremely patient with me while we went through the process. He is very knowledgeable and is very responsive and gives you an honest assessment of what needs to be done. He uses facts and market data to help make decisions....it was a great experience!

Working with Hunter was an absolute pleasure from start to finish.
