WORST experience. This joker is now parading under a new company; B-Linked Marketing. Some of the same experiences after a year-long back and forth of excuses and non-responses.

Stay clear!!! total FRAUD!

Does anyone have an update on legal action against this company? I don’t want to waste my time if it’s not possible

They are criminals and should be brought to justice - my experience mirrors every negative review already published.

Got scammed by this company as well.

I would now avoid this company it seems they have gone out of business anyway Juding by google.

I was in the progress of having a new website done. At the start it was very slick and the system ASANA seemed to work well.

After mid December updates and progress stopped. In early January I contacted Ash who I was dealing with who said their was issues with Covid with both him and the designer. I messaged again 2 weeks later and had no response I tried 2 further times - no out of office on. I have since found out he is no longer working there.

I have tried calling, I have tried emailing various times to no avail. I contacted someone via LinkedIn who only told me they didn’t work there anymore.

Now raising with Action Fraud to escalate it.

I will see what comes from that.

Avoid at all costs. This company is run by criminals. They took £2792 of my money and essentially disappeared, offering only vague excuses (bereavement, COVID, server issues, etc) when I asked for project updates. When I tried to contact one of the founders and their sales representative via Instagram, they blocked me without responding, while the second founder did respond only to offer more excuses. I have asked for a refund, reported them for fraud to Action Fraud UK and will further pursue this in court if necessary. I encourage anyone who's had a similar experience to report this company to the police.

Update 14/2/22: The founder claims to have sent me the files, but no such record exists in my inbox. He also "resent" a link which is expired, so I am still unable to access any deliverables. I will update this review again if and when Orange Media Co resolves their breach of contract either through a refund or the delivery of files. Interestingly, they have now taken their website offline — make of that what you will.

Update 17/2/22: I have received some files, but they are still incomplete after 5 months. Waiting to see if this will be resolved by the deadline.

Update 19/2/22: The deadline has passed, and the breach of contract has not been resolved. My review: avoid this company at all costs and do not give them your money.

I got very clear and constant communication from their team on my project. They were clear on what they were going to deliver, and they delivered all the project requirements just as promised and on time! If I require similar services in the future, I am sure I will be returning to them once again.
