Les produits Oraimo sont de bonne qualité et offrent un bon rapport qualité-prix. Malheureusement, l’expérience client est catastrophique.

Le service client est pratiquement inexistant et ne répond pas aux demandes. Le service de livraison est encore pire : colis mal manipulés, produits arrivant parfois abîmés, et attitude irrespectueuse des livreurs envers les clients.

C’est regrettable qu’une marque avec de bons produits soit pénalisée par un service client et une logistique aussi défaillants.

I have been using Oraimo airpods and earphones ,speakers for 7 months now .I can say that they have the best sound quality and are durable ,they keep power for quite a while and I love it .I would highly recommend to other users

Oraimo gave me a long lasting experience with an intimate musical connection.

Poor delivery service and poor communication. Waited for my order for 11-12 days only for it to be returned back. They spent more than a month before responding to my email about the reason it was not delivered. Kudos to them all.

I am honestly disappointed. This is the second unit I received after exchanging the first faulty one. The power bank drains fast and behaves abnormally within just a few months of use. It does not perform like a real 20000mAh capacity. Buyers should be careful where they purchase from.

Kindly avoid making payments before delivery. They will never deliver and they won’t make a refund.

I wanted to try their products, but when I selected 3 items, they were all out of stock. I contacted customer support to ask whether they would be available soon or if I should look for another brand.

They replied with only three words, as if I was begging them, and the reply didn’t even answer my question. When I asked again for clarification, they completely ignored me.

Honestly, I think this is a good thing because I didn’t buy anything yet. A company that doesn’t respect its customers doesn’t deserve them. I was excited to try their products, but now I’m actually glad I didn’t.

In many companies, customer support staff are the reason for success or failure. This is clearly a failure of management and lack of proper monitoring.

I challenge Oraimo to reply to this comment, because I couldn’t find a single response from them to other customer complaints here either. What a joke.

The quality of the product seems fine but the customer care and delivery process is the most terrible I've ever experienced.

Very rude and uncouth personnel and will definitely not be repurchasing.

They make the shitiest cables. I’ve bought several cables from this company, and every single one has stopped working within a short time. The quality is absolutely awful and completely unreliable. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Save yourself. Broken product, no response from company. Product is still under warranty, but cannot get anyone to answer an email or webform, no phone listed on website.

They deserve zero stars, they have no refund policy, once you get the product, you'll never get your money back if it goes wrong, the products are very mediocre and not the same as the stuff advertised, and their reviews are fake. They're SCAMMERS, selling cheap Chinese goods with no return or refund policy.

Freepods lite: initially I bought them for their colour, but I wouldn't recommend it for normal users or people who want something ultra reliable, but other than that it gets the job done and it is actually a half decent 7/10 wireless headset.

Oraimo Slicelink Power Bank: Bought it for my half brother as a gift and it is actually pretty good he has no complaints with the built-in cables as well and is always using it.10/10

Oraimo Toast 15 Power Bank: I bought this for myself, for the price you get 3 power delivery ports and a design that feels good to hold. 10/10

A Dual port Typa A Type C Brick, 3 in 1 charging cable and a 60W type C cable. All made with materials that other companies would charge double the price for all of these are a 10/10

Oraimo Hotspot Elf 2: A dual sim + SD card MiFi, better than the D-Link DWR 930M and easier to control for non tech savvy people through an app. My only gripe with it is that it doesn't charge type C. 9/10

My Summary:
If you will order from their site, choose cash on delivery or just don't hesitate to pick up their products if you are on a budget. My only gripe with them is that these are all plastic, like unappolegtically plastic, but a small price to pay for getting the a taste of premium gadgets in a neat price.

Bought a fan from Amazon. New and doesn't work. Plugged in different outlets and nothing. The fan was 180 dlls!

We kochten een bevochtiger (OHM-H01) die in het begin goed werkte tot er ineens een plas water onder het apparaat lag. Bleek het water reservoir op wel 20 plaatsen gebarsten te zijn. Alles is dus onbruikbaar want ik kan ook nergens zo'n bak los kopen bij hen (niet te vinden). Schandalig hoe in tijden van duurzaamheid zoiets gemaakt en verkocht mag worden.

The worst headphones and company that I could have tried in my life. I bought the Oraimo Free Pods 3C headset, which is supposed to have a microphone for noise isolation, and it has no stereo sound at all and is completely uncomfortable.

Made an order for oraimo Watch. Called severally now and sent severally emails but no response. It's close to a week now and I have not gotten my product which I urgently need
