Tenía una cuenta de prueba y la han eliminado sin ningún motivo después de haber estado muchas horas configurando el servidor. No se molestan ni en enviarte un mail avisándote. Por mi parte no quiero saber nada más de oracle, ni con el dinero de otro.

I am a long time user of Oracle support and had many issues with their old site. But I cannot believe just how bad the new site is. I think I logged on about 20 times, despite having an account that I have been using for 30 years or so. None of my searches found anything useful. This is just the latest in a saga of corporations "updating" their websites and completely losing the plot. I am way past retirement age and not interested in wasting my time trying to work my way past all the bugs.

Free tier is pretty much a scam. You will send all of your personal details and have a card check, then you'll hear nothing. If you follow up, they will likely ignore you. If you pester them again, you might get a short email saying "Unfortunately, we are unable to resolve this or process the transaction. This is all the information we can provide." (copy+pasted exactly). I've never been rejected for any account and my cards are fine. Good luck trying to get the personal data you provided deleted. That's a process they've designed to be even more frustrating than the sign-up and response. Knowing their CEO, I can only imagine my data has been sold already to fund a certain thing.

(TL;DR) the old adage is true: if something is free, you're the product. Don't try to sign up for the 'free' tier unless you're happy to send your card details and personal data to Oracle with no way to have them deleted.

La mia esperienza con Oracle Cloud è stata pessima fin dall'inizio. Ho provato a creare un account il 29 novembre, ma l'attivazione è rimasta in sospeso. L'email di conferma mi ha espressamente avvisato di non tentare di ricreare l'account, altrimenti si sarebbero verificati degli errori.

Ho contattato l'assistenza chat, dove mi fornivano mail e in seguito ho aperto un ticket via email (Incidente: 251201-000303) per chiedere un chiarimento e lo sblocco. Dopo giorni di attesa, la risposta del Servizio Clienti è stata a dir poco scioccante: "siamo spiacenti, non siamo in grado di risolvere o elaborare la transazione. Queste sono tutte le informazioni che possiamo fornire."

In pratica, mi hanno lasciato con un account bloccato, senza una soluzione e senza alcuna indicazione su cosa fare, dato che mi è vietato procedere con una nuova registrazione. Un servizio di assistenza completamente inutile e inaccettabile. Mi chiedo come un'azienda di queste dimensioni possa permettersi un supporto clienti così inefficace.

Das system erkennt nach der registrierung die emailadresse nicht mehr. erkennt er die mailadresse, erkennt es daspasswort nicht. auf passwort vergessen klicken, OK, habs gemacht. angeblich link zum zurücksetzen verschickt, blödsinn... 3 mal versucht, aber nichts. zeitverschwendung!!!

WTH?! I can't even log in!
1. you scammed me for 1 euro, its already been a month and this euro didnt come
2. Your website is so bugged, i dont wanna add security authenfication, and i cant even add it, it doesnt let me!
3. After i contacted support they denied my request like it was nothingl.

Non perdete mezzo secondo su Oracle. Ho creato un account e ho tentato di fare l'upgrade (e quindi di passare ad un abbonamento più costoso, cosa che Oracle si presuma gradisca) e ho ricevuto "Unexpected error. Contact support". Gli errori possono capitare perciò ho perseverato una settimana per cercare assistenza. L'assistenza italiana è in inglese (ho un C1, non è un problema per me, non so per altri... ) e quando ti risponde ti dice di chiedere assistenza al chatbot. Il chatbot ovviamente ti dice di contattare l'assistenza telefonica. Ho creato un ticket sulla console di oracle e di tutta risposta me l'hanno chiuso dicendo che il problema era risolto (assolutamente falso).
La piattaforma Oracle Cloude Support? Non sono riuscito ad accedervi neanche con le credenziali del mio account commerciale.
Servizio che posso descrivere con una sola parola: inqualificabile.

Please advertise this better so you don't waste people time.

It says 15 min but in email they said it will be longer than 15 mins.
Its now 6 days still no response.
I opened a ticket to explain me whats wrong. They said 48 hours.
Its not 96 hours.
Useless company. Stay away

I was on a vacation for 3 weeks and didn't use the account during that time. After these 3 weeks I received an e-mail in which they told me that my oracle account has been irreversible DELETED. They addressed me just as "oracle customer, ...", no "dear ...", that shows how much they value their customers: they treat them as if they were scum. All my files and my running server were deleted! Without any prior warning notice from them! Fair would have been, if they wrote an e-mail 2 weeks before deletion.

First order was ok but I tried again . Now I have paid for a order that was not shipped or lost and a second one that was not ordered. No response so I canceled my card to stop any more charges. .jim phillips

Don't use this service. We wanted to use it as a web server. We sent the setup and wasted time and money. They simply blocked the account without even stating the reason. They simply ignored me completely.

Non sono nemmeno riuscito ad ultimare il processo di registrazione. Mi viene detto che uso "dati falsi", anche se non è vero. Meglio così comunque, volevo dargli una possibilità nonostante le recensioni negative ma a quanto pare anche loro vogliono che dia i miei soldi ad Amazon.

CEO Larry Ellison supports the destruction of US democracy and the genocide in Gaza. “People” like this should not be treated with any grace. When you are routinely taking advantage of and killing people less well off than you, you are the problem.

The company is a sham and a complete joke.
They produce nothing as 99% of all the software will do requires 99% manual input.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, MUY OPINION IT WILL COST YOU MAN HOURTS AND TIME 100% NOT WHAT THEY APPEAR AT ALL.
