Type of Lens: You mentioned that we sold you daily wear lenses as monthly lenses. However, you ordered Air Optix Monthly Colored lenses, and we delivered exactly that. Alcon, the manufacturer, does not produce daily disposable lenses under the "Air Optix" brand name. If there's any confusion, Alcon can provide further verification.
Packaging Disclaimer: You noted the packaging says "not to be sold separately." This is a recent addition by the manufacturer, Alcon, indicating that the lens blisters shouldn't be sold individually. It's not an indicator of the lens type.
Return Policy: Our 7-day return policy is applicable if the product is unopened, adhering to international safety standards. In your case, the product delivered matches what you ordered, and the package (lens box) must remain unopened to be eligible for a return.
"Daily Wear" Labeling: The term "daily wear" in the context of contact lenses means they are intended for daily use but not for extended, overnight wear ( in simple terms, you cannot sleep with a daily wear lenses in, you have to remove them 'every day' ). It's different from "daily disposable," which are lenses you throw away after one day's use. If you're uncertain, Alcon can clarify these terms.
