Only Social is a great tool, I am so happy witht he functionality and the multiple ways i can use it for my social media and marketing tasks. I highly recommend it.

I started using Onlysocial a few months ago. I own a social media marketing business and was tired of always having to manually upload my posts.

After purchasing an Agency license from OnlySocial.io, I had moderate expectations given the platform’s promise of a comprehensive social media management tool. Initially, the service was functional despite several user experience (UX) issues. However, a recent update has significantly diminished its value.

The update was rolled out as a completely new version, requiring users to rebuild their setups from scratch—a time-consuming and unnecessary hurdle. More concerning was the removal of numerous social media integrations, which are essential for an agency-level service. This reduction to a basic offering undermines the platform’s core purpose.

The introduction of ‘spaces’ could have been a redeeming feature, yet the Unlimited agency license restricts users to a single space. This limitation contradicts the very concept of an agency license, which should facilitate a secure and segregated environment for multiple clients.

Functionality to post to social media from RSS feeds is also broken, plagued with errors ranging from missing images to excessively long descriptions. These issues should be handled automatically by the platform, not manually by the user.

Customer support has been disappointing, with no visible efforts to fix reported issues, a lack of clear communication regarding updates, and no discernible roadmap for future improvements. The absence of transparency and responsiveness from the support team adds to the growing list of grievances.

Given these shortcomings, I regret my purchase. If refunds were an option, I would request one without hesitation. In comparison, even some inexpensive WordPress social media plugins offer more features, support more networks, and boast a better interface than OnlySocial.io.

In conclusion, OnlySocial.io’s Agency license has failed to meet the expected standards of a professional social media management tool. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

Onsocial.io is an excellent online marketing product. I love the new dashboard, which makes automating multiple social media posts easier. The BioLink feature is a game changer for business owners and entrepreneurs.

I'm really enjoying OnlySocial. I have had a couple of queries, and used the chat feature and I always get a response very quickly.

The new dashboard is so much better than before.

All the features available are super easy to use and the platform is just great.

I paid £199 I think, and have saved myself a small fortune.

Experienced one issue where one of facebook pages wasn't showing, but it was user error; I hadn't given OnlySocial access on the page itself. If you experience this issue, try checking that as its likely the case.

I'd love to see OnlySocial develop an app and to introduce Zapier integrations. I think if this happens, there will be no need for any other social media management tools!

OnlySocial Software has impressed me with its numerous additional integrations. After canceling many of my existing subscriptions, OnlySocial now meets all my social media management needs.

2. Integration for Websites:
Direct integration for platforms like WordPress and Shopify is currently missing or hard to find. Clearer documentation or support for setup would be helpful.

Conclusion:

I am extremely satisfied with my decision to purchase the lifetime license for OnlySocial Software. The platform meets my needs perfectly and could become even more valuable with minor improvements such as a keyword checker and additional web integrations.

As you can see, most (if not all) of the 4-5 stars reviews for OnlySocial on here are fake. The reviews doesn't make any sense, very generic. They still have not issue the refund for us eventhough it's only $180. Stay away from OnlySocial.

Whenever I have a question on how to use the service I am always given amazing help. I even gave them a tough one where they had to add an account that wouldn't upload and they got it uploaded for me.

The latest version 4 is dope! We've been on the beta for a little over a month and it's so user friendly, compared to the v3. And the team have been listening to our suggestions to make the new version better.
