These products are so awesome! They turn my frizzy hair into lovely curls! Also - the customer service is FANTASTIC!! The team are always SO helpful and efficient...it's actually what makes the company. Thank you for being an amazing company!!

I've left a positive review for Only Curls before as I have been using their products for about 3 years now, and they work so well for my curls. I was prompted to leave this second review after an amazing customer service experience with them on 2 occasions in July, where they went above and beyond to assist me, and on one of those occasions they had absolutely no moral, ethical or legal obligation to do so. The products are great for my curls and their customer care is second to none.

I bought their starter pack for my 2 year old. Really happy with the results, her ringlets are bouncy and the frizz-free. The leave on treatment especially is doing wonders. Her hair used to tangle into horrible knots but since using their products we’ve not had that problem. I will continue to buy the products for her going forward.

Not only are Only Curls the best curly products around but the customer service is the best customer service I have ever experienced. The team are always so courteous and reply swiftly and can help anyway they can. Even when I had issues with one of the products due to my sensitive scalp, they were beyond helpful. I cannot recommend this company enough. This is the first line of products that have really transformed my curls during my curly hair journey after they had a battering with over 20 years of straightening. Excellent customer service. Ordered a sleep turban but it was too big. Immediately they offered tips, an exchange or refund. I chose a refund which they again initiated immediately. All whilst being very friendly and polite.

These products have been a god send for my little girl! She has naturally tight curls and every morning it's so knotty and hard to brush through everytime I've used the detangling spray and shampoo and conditioner it's been a delight the next day also the leave in styler it's been perfect her hairs not frizzy and curls are so prominent, really am chuffed to bits with these products so thank you very much xx

Best product I have tried for curly hair. No nasty chemical smells leaving a natural soft curl. Efficient service with great customer service and the silk lined baseball hat is a gamer changer for curly girls. It took me a while to find the right product and this is definitely worth a try - you won’t be sorry

I was so excited to try all the products in my 'Try Everything' Bundle, I even added in the heat protection spray as I've been growing out a balayage for 3 years now so the ends definitely need that extra protection.

I've been on my curly journey for 4 months and while my 2c/3a were looking good with the Noughty range, the amazing 5* reviews had me hooked and hoping that my 2c's could be stronger 3a's and better clumping could be had!

This Bundle wasn't cheap so was a real stretch for me, but I placed my order after a month of hovering and just a few days later the beautiful products were in my hands. I'd read/watched all tutorials and hit the shower with the cleaner, conditioner, curl cream them added mousse and the Enhancing gel. Followed the suggested diffusing routine and this is were things went down hill, Frizz, no cast and very stringy lack luster waves rather than curls, plus my hair felt dry and product laden (and I had used 50 pence piece sized amounts!)
Within 2-3 hours the waves were dropping and I knew it would need a wash the next day.

Megan at only girls was fab with tips, so I tried again forgoing the mousse, and this time using the mega hold gel. This did give a slight cast but still the Frizz is crazy and the curls are stringy and drop and feel product laden and dry.

Megan offers to send a sample of the Deep Hydrating Hair Mask to see if this helps! I use it as soon as it arrives and it really leaves my hair feeling amazing, I didn't use the Only Curls shampoo only the co-wash and I only used the curl cream and then used the Noughty gel and my results were so much better, and lasted 3 day!

But the next time I washed without it using the Only Curls conditioner, co wash, curl cream and gel I was straight back to dry feel hair with lack luster curls that felt product laden!

Today I have only used the Noughty conditioner, the only curls co-wash, then the Noughty gel and only curls heat spray and straight away I have better curls!

Sadly my conclusion is that the only products that are suitable for my hair are the Deep Hydration Mask (from the limited use) and tge Heat protection spray. All the rest of the products are heavy, extremely drying cause frizz and leave my curls sadly looking worse!

Such a shame as they smell lush and promised so much!

This is a review of the site rather than the product. Upon first entering the site you are offered a first order discount code if you provide your phone number. Not an email address, a phone number, and then as you click through then they also want your email. Having spent close to £200 on product (whatever was wrong with Vosene) I find that I cannot use this new customer discount, as there are already discounted products in my cart. Since that point I have this site texting me that I need to use the code. Seriously is this what marketing has come to, it's like a toddler asking if they can have a pet. Also no guarantee on their security of this information, or that it won't be sold on. Found the whole experience quite unwholesome.

My hair is at its best when using these products. Also my 10 year old draughts too. We suffer with dry frizzy curly hair, itchy scalp and dandruff. Which all disappears when using only curls products. In between using these products I've tried lots of other curly hair products and nothing has compared to this. The customer service is excellent. I emailed them today because I placed my order but accidentally missed off a product I needed. They emailed back very quickly and added it to my order. So I would not have to pay a delivery charge. The replies was so quick and I would highly recommend them. All round the best. Not only are the products fantastic for my hair but they are always there to help you with tips for you and your hair. This Company is very well ran. an outstanding team of people. I first tried the starter pack back in February 2022 and I love it still now

Really bought into the idea of Only Curls and studied ll the videos before ordering. Had loved my curly hair on holiday and wanted to be able to do the same thing at home, Followed instructions to the letter but result was stringy and disappointing. Using Curl cleanser shampoo has left hair very dry Customer service was very helpful suggesting that a different shampoo would be a possible solution. Might be better to offer this as option in starter pack.

I cannot recommend these curly hair products enough! They smell great and you genuinely don't need to use that much, which means they last a long time, This is also how I can tell these products are good.

I really struggled finding decent hair products for my curls and luckily I ran into these guys during Salon international in London last year, Not only was it nice to see there was a curly hair stall but I ended up meeting some of the staff, who by the way, are incredible and Super helpful.

I have just recently bought the curly hair friendly purple shampoo and conditioner. I'm getting the salt and pepper look so I figured, I might might as well embrace this change haha I've seen very good reviews on the products they have so I can't wait to try them!

Again, I can't recommend these guys enough! Give them a go and if you have any questions drop them a message they are super quick to reply and your continued loyalty is very appreciated amongst this awesome business.

What can I say...WOW!
It's fabulous 😍 my hair is soft, the curls form beautifully, no frizz and feels gorgeous. There was no stickiness or crispness.

WOW! WOW! WOW! I am blown away! I bought the mousse, curl crème and super hold gel and let me say - my curls have NEVER looked so big and bouncy! No frizz, soft curls and super defined! The order shipped and arrived within 2 days of purchase too! Absolutely incredible!

I have been using the Only Curls products for some time now to cleanse and condition my hair and my curls are consistently springy, defined and with volume. Finding the right regime for your curls does take time and the support from the Only Curls team is second to none. Although the videos on their website are incredibly helpful should you have a more specific issue then please take them up on their offer of dropping them an email. I have written a couple of times with a query and they have taken the time to really listen to what I am asking and have answered me in an individual and so utterly, utterly helpful way. I felt like they saw me and cared. All I can say is WOW. I came into my curls later in life and was floundering as to how to manage them but the Only Curls team continually help me to enjoy my curls.

Oh my goodness! I love them! Not only are the products great but the customer service is fantastic! I have so far used their hydrating mask, mega hold gel, heat protect and curl cream and currently waiting for the shampoo and conditioner to arrive! I am really getting the best out of my wavy hair and its all thanks to only curls

I have wavy hair. I also don't have particularly dry hair. In fact I get a oily scalp - as I'm in my 40's the ends are more dry than they used to be. But I have found I can't use oil based products. This brand markets its self towards both Curly and Wavy hair and for me, all the oil, particularly the macadamia oil leave my hair unmanageable difficult and knotty. I get better results from shop bought brands and John Freida. Quite disappointing as I was hoping this would help tame my frizz and make my hair more management with age issues. If you have hair like mine. This probably won't work for you.

I love their products, but I always feel the real test of a company is their customer service. Yesterday I had an issue with my third order from only curls, damage had been incurred during shipping. I emailed customer service with some photos attached and when I next picked up my phone, just over an hour later, I had a lovely email from Natalie apologising for the inconvenience and a new product already on route.

Their products are the best I've tried for my (very) curly hair. They smell lovely. I use the the cream and gel on a daily basis which give me beautiful defined curls. In this order I've also purchased the mousse and hair oil to try. I have to say I was already hooked on the products, but the excellent customer service has absolutely secured me as a long time customer. Thank you!

The team, particularly Shireen and Natalie, are so kind and helpful. I experienced a really friendly and very quick service - I wouldn't expect such a quick and human experience from any retail/cosmetics brand, especially at the weekend. I work as a Head of Brand myself and these touches are what set a brand apart and have left a lasting impression on me. Unfortunately due to my own very sensitive scalp not all of the products suited me, but that's no reflection of the brand or the items I purchased. I know lots of people who really rate them, which was why I purchased in the first place, and with the exception of my scalp the products made my curls so soft and shiny. If you're looking to give something a try, I'd recommend Only Curls.
