I wanted to thank Only Curls for their wonderful customer service! I’ve been a long time customer & love a lot of their products. I have to say I’ve never experienced the level of customer service anywhere else, they really went above & beyond to make me feel appreciated as a customer. I won’t add the actual details incase someone tries to abuse the info! Thank you, it means a lot xxx

Great delivery and product. I ordered a white microfibre hair towel to control my frizzy curly hair.

The towel dries my hair very rapidly compared to a cotton towel. Also, without damaging the hair shaft structure.

I have been purchasing Only Curls for a couple of years now. The difference in my hair is incredible. They often have offers and discounts on and usually receive and email asking if I have any questions and to thank for my continued purchase. No reason for me to go back to shop bought shampoo!

It’s ok and it’s no better than any mid price non supermarket medium weight shampoo and conditioner. The hydrating curl cream is like using more conditioner left in. It’s really hyped on instagram and all the videos go from wet wavy looking to hair to suddenly bouncy curls: actually it seems a lot of effort has gone into styling, your curls are not better or bigger than any other curl routine. It also works out expensive as the bottles are tiny in the £35 trial pack. The conditioner contains nut oil so no good for someone with nut allergy and that is not clearly stated too. I would say get the gel if you don’t use curl gel but as I haven’t used curl gel before I can’t compare that product. I’m sure Only Curls will give a very long reply about how I’m not using the products correctly, ( I am they are fairly foolproof). I wasted money on the conditioner as it has macadamia nut oil which should be declared clearly at point of sale, you shouldn’t have to read the small print. Overall: ok product mis-sold on social media

My hair isn't super think but does have a natural wave/curl to it so I thought these products would be perfect to help define and make it less frizzy.
Unfortunately I think the curl cream and or the curl gel has left it feeling very greasy and not nice to touch. It has created a nice curl but unfortunately for my finer hair it doesn't feel or look great.

Wouldn’t recommend for finer or thinner hair. I followed the 4 steps and leaves my hair feeling greasy and the curls are uneven and look messy.

I think the shampoo and conditioner are good products in their own right but the curl cream and enhancer didn’t do my hair any good.

I’ve gone back to naturally drying my hair and using an anti frizz mist. Works a lot better

Amazing company and great customer service!! Received a damage product by accident (most likely due to postage) and Shireen sorted this out for me immediately, so kind and friendly too!!! The products at only curls are great, they’ve brought my curls back and are my new go to :)

Not for me. Better, cheaper products from drugstore. This left my hair feeling a bit greasy so had to wash it again the next day (used different products and got better results)

I really wanted this to work and was ready to commit to the process, but the products simply leave my hair feeling gross to the touch!

The shampoo and conditioner are nice so suspect it must be either the hydrating curl cream or the enhancing curl gel or both?

I get good volume, but not necessarily great curls. My hair underneath super curly, but top not so much but that could be due to previously straightening my hair. I tong the parts that need it and it holds well. That is one good point.

Over all my hair feels like there is way too much product on it, even when I reduce the quality. It definitely feels greasy to the touch. Very disappointed and get better results with regular shampoo and curling mousse.

I am always over the moon with only curls products, they have done wonders for my curls!

I recently placed an order and two items were faulty, upon speaking to only curls, two replacement items were sent out within minutes! Couldn’t be happier with the customer service!

I never normally leave reviews, however, there have been a couple of times now that I have had to contact Only Curls for a variety of reasons and their help and service is fantastic. They are super quick with replying and extremely helpful.
Their products are also amazing and my daughter is obsessed with Only Curls. Please do not be afraid to use this company, they are great!!!

I reached out to customer service when Evri sent me an email saying they had delivered my package, but I had not received it. The customer service representative was very helpful and reassuring and a few days later I was sent a replacement package via Royal Mail. Love the hats! Wholeheartedly recommend this company and their customer service. Other companies should take a leaf out of their book when it comes to providing excellent customer service!

Just order a hat inside lined with silk. Best hat I have had so warm and comfortable.

Fabulous customer service. They really do go the extra mile. The products work well and smell divine.

I reached out to the customer service team via email and unfortunately I missed the Christmas deadline by 1 day. Customer service was more than helpful and said if I placed my order before 12 noon 20/12/24 they would do their best in my order arriving before Christmas. My order came today 21/12/24 which i am so pleased about.

The products are presented very well in their box.

My daughter asked for the Dyson diffuser attachment for her Dyson airwrap for Christmas and a silk bonnet to sleep in. She absolutely loves the bouncy curly hair look. Her hair is naturally curly / wavy but this attachment will give her great hair results.

I bought the ‘ try everything curl kit ‘ as a little extra. She will be so excited to try these products.

Ordered Little Curls shampoo and conditioner for our 7 year old girl and it was simply awful. The shampoo didn't foam at all, the conditioner was runny and didn't make hair any softer. Our little one's hair instantly got really dry and her scalp became red and really itchy. Despite this experience, we tried to use this product once more just to be sure that's what caused the reaction. And we were right. I contacted the company for a return and refund. They refunded me the cost of the product without the cost of postage (£5.95!). They didn't want me to send their product back. So I would not recommend this product to anyone.

My husband ordered two products as Christmas presents, but ordered one incorrectly. When he contacted customer services to ask if it was possible to do an exchange, they were so helpful and actually sent a replacement items free of charge, which was amazing. It cam e really quickly too.
The products are great quality too - couldn't be more impressed!

I have used the products for a few years now and they are brilliant on my hair, however the most recent order had gone missing with the delivery company. The customer service I have received from Only Curls is excellent. I have been getting no where with the missing product for over 2 weeks, however they have now said they will investigate this and are issuing a replacement product to me today. I could not ask for better customer service! Thank you!

Let me tell you how great this company is....
I spent money in the black Friday sale, I bought the biggest bundle I could, though I only have 2c I was excited to have my natural hair back rather than the straight but frizzy I have had for years, I bought the sleep bonnet too because my curls tend to go flat after sleep, however when I tried to sleep in the hat I found that I overheated (I'm autistic and struggle with temp regulation) I emailed and explained to them and they promptly sent out a pillowcase (in a colour of my choice) free of charge, couldn't ask for better customer service, the pillowcase has been a game changer, truly grateful, very happy customer ***** I'd give them more stars if I could, also the products last ages as there's very little needed to get your hair clean and conditioned ☺️
